Ross (5/5): Short stay ok - Location Needed maintenance
Lynne (7/5): Great location although parking could be an issue during holiday periods I imagine. Would stay again - Great location for what we needed as we were a participating charity in City2Surf. It was a bit cold and only heating was a gas heater I wasn't prepared to turn on and a blow heater but served its purpose. The microwave oven took 6 minutes to heat my 2 minute microwave soup.
