- Raila (2/5): A pior recepção da minha vida , além do do todas as minhas comidas estragaram pois o frigobar não funcionava e não me tr - Limpeza Recepção péssima ,tive q deixar as minhas coisas na rua , muita falta de atenção e empatia com os hóspedes e zero informações, passei muito calor no quarto e o frigobar não funcionava e não trouxeram outros . Todas as minha comidas estragaram. E ainda perdi trabalho esperando a assistência que não resolveu nada .
