• Riyad (1/5): Terrible stay: mouse in the chalet, noisy all night, kitchen unusable, dismissive host, left early. - The chalet looked good in photos and had potential Our stay was extremely disappointing. We found a mouse inside the chalet, right on the kitchen counter, which immediately made the kitchen unusable and ruined the first night. We also heard the mouse making noise all night, which made it difficult to sleep and made the stay very uncomfortable. We contacted Max, the host, but he was dismissive and said there was “no danger”, offering no help or solution. Because of these issues, we did not stay the second night and left early in the morning. Despite our first night being completely affected, Max refused to provide a full refund, and Booking.com’s attempts to contact him were ignored. Overall, the lack of hygiene, the unhelpful host, and the unsafe conditions made this stay completely unsatisfactory.
• CORINNE (9/5): Un chalet et un emplacement extraordinaire, dommage que des détails de fonctionnement viennent ternir l’expérience! - L’emplacement, la beauté du chalet, l’immense jardin avec jeux pour enfants et jacuzzi bien agréable L’équipement de la cuisine qu’il a fallu relaver ( verres et assiettes et couverts propres, le reste très moyen) le barbecue qu’il a fallu nettoyer sans aucun ustensile ni éponge ni produits….)
