• Olivier (9/5): Un endroit idéal pour découvrir Athènes - L’emplacement est très bien et le confort de l’appartement est tout à fait adapté pour un court séjour dans Athènes. L’hôte est tout à fait à notre ecoute Rien à signaler en dehors de ne pas faire confiance à la localisation GPS fournie par Booking et Google Maps qui situent l’appartement au fond de la rue au lieu du début. Référez vous plutôt au numéro des immeubles

Ho dormito benissimo pur avendo la strada sotto, il parquet ovunque la rende ancora più accogliente, e tantissime opzioni per fare colazione appena esci dal portone. Portone di un palazzo stupendo, signorile e con portineria!

• Hasan (10/5): Çok memnun kaldık, konum ve rahatlık açısından yine tercih ederiz. - Odanın anahtarı binanın girişinin karşısındaki ağaçta asılı kutunun içindeydi. Yetkili kişi olan Kostis bana şifresini ve resimlerini gönderdi. İçeri çok kolay girdik. Manyetik bir düğme büyüklüğünde olan anahtarı benim hatam olarak telefonumun yanında cebimde taşıdığım için bozuldu ama Kostis hemen yenisini tedarik etti.

Worth the money - Perfect location with metro station in 2 min from the building Near there are pharmacy, caffe , restaurants for breakfast, quite and safe place to leave in Athens The bathroom door didn't close well, there were problems with the handle on the front door - these are minor things, but I would like the owners to pay attention to this and carry out repairs on time.

We stayed for 5 nights and would definitely stay again for - Location was absolutely perfect, super close to station (which is on airport line) and numerous shops/eateries/bars/supermarkets/bakeries/coffee shops and museums close by. Also a lovely 2km walk into Plaka. Great sized, first floor apartment with a lift in a secure building. Comfy bed and pillows, we slept really well. Kitchen has only very basic items. Washing machine would make it perfect!

• Iris (9/5): דירה מצוינת מרוהטת ומצוידת היטב ברובע היוקרתי של אתונה - המיקום היה טוב. הדירה מרווחת נקיה עם כל המתקנים- wi fi, 2 מזגנים שעבדו מצוין, במטבח- מקרר בגודל בינוני עם תא הקפאה, מיקרוגל, טוסטר לחיצות, קומקום חשמלי ומכונת נספרסו. היה סבון כלים וספוג וכפפות וגליל נייר גדול לניגוב. המיטה היתה נוחה ומאוד מרווחת וניתן להפרידה לשתי מיטות יחיד גדולות. הבעיה הקטנה היחידה היתה התאורה בחדרים שהיתה עמומה. כמו כן יש רק שקע אחד לכל צד מיטה, כך שאם רוצים להטעין מכשירים, יש לותר על אור ממנורת הלילה. פרט לכך, היה ממש מודלם ומעבר לכל הציפיות תאורה שקע נוסף להטענת מכשור אלקטרוני הסבר יותר מדויק לגבי דרך הכניסה לדירה

• Evangelos (1/5): - Great location Coming into the room there was a bad sewage smell, so we did not have chance to stay, it was after midnight so we immediately left and went to a hotel…
• Politimy (2/5): - The apartment was very nice, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Though I cannot say anything bad about the unit itself, the manager of the apartment was incredibly unprofessional and as a result, I would never stay here again. He was unable to deliver the unit at the agreed upon time and as a result, agreed to refund us the second night's stay. At first he mentioned that the cleaning staff would leave us cash at the unit. And that changed after he said he didn't have enough cash, to sending us an electronic refund. Every time I communicated with him thereafter, there was another excuse or change in our agreement. This went on for 10 days of our vacation, one excuse after another regarding why the money wasn't refunded. Then, he began to change the terms of our agreement, from refunding one night stay, to refunding only $74. When I messaged him that it was unprofessional for him to not only drag on days and days of excuses but then to go back on his agreement, he called me on the phone and berated me. He was condescending, chauvinistic, and rude. He unfurled a litany of insults. Needless to say I never received a refund two months later. Sadly, I also didn't receive any assistance from booking.com and ultimately was very disappointed with their customer service. Rather than intervene on my behalf booking.com simply forwarded my messages to him. Overall this was a very unfortunate situation and I'm glad to put it behind me.

• Janette (9/5): Superb - Great location in a safe and friendly area, close walking distance to restraunts and sights. Fantastic views of the city from Lycabettus hill behind the apartment. Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Water in fridge appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing light meals. Host was easy to message and very responsive to any enquiries. We would stay here again.

Near Vasilissis Sofias main avenue, very good location but a lot of noise. Ideal for young people who want to explore the town , not ideal for people who go for resting.

This is dangerous and unacceptable in other countries since it should be a heater switch like light switch! I understand that the Greek electricity authority can allow it, but it is still unacceptable for mondern societies!!!!

• Barbara (9/5): Great place to explore the city - Clean accommodation with two comfortable double beds, a small kitchen equipped with the essentials and a bathroom with shower and bath. For us, two adults and two teenagers, the flat was perfect for a week in Athens. The metro (airport and city centre) is only two minutes away. The city centre (shops, museums, Acropolis etc.) is very easy to reach on foot. There are several takeaways with pastries, salads, pizza, etc. right outside the door. Very good value for money. Smooth communication, super friendly!

• Lucia (9/5): Nice find in Kolonaki - Position was really strategic, close to metro station and within walking distance from Athens landmarks. In the neighbourhood plenty restaurants, bars, pasty shops ecc. to choose from. Comfortable bed (king). Traffic is heavy but the double glazing is efficient. One may need more instructions about the boiler: switching on at least 20 minutes in advance in order to get hot water for a shower, may be tricky to plan ahead.
