Closest metro station is also not that close. I was charged cleaning fees as a surprise additional cost while checking in that i was forced to pay, otherwise I do not get the key instruction..

• Guest (5/5): It was ok once inside but not in a nice area at all, I wouldn’t stay again - Once inside the apartment was nice and clean and modern, the one room has a double bed, which is fine but the second room has two campbeds, which for two adults isn’t comfortable. The area isn’t very nice at all, it’s very industrial and there is graffiti everywhere. It’s a 15 minute unpleasant walk from the apartment to the nearest metro station. I wouldn’t stay there again - I was with my three daughters and didn’t feel safe at all once we left the apartment. Also, it is almost impossible to get a taxi from the accommodation, so there is no choice but to walk to the metro. See above

Un'altra cosa che non mi è' piaciuta che dopo aver fatto la prenotazione e' uscito fuori da pagare la pulizia dell'appartamento per un importo pari a 80 euro. Dopo vari messaggi ci e' stato comunicato che c'era stato un errore da parte di booking.

• Michail (10/5): One of my best experiences in Milan !! - The apartment is very comfortable and functional in a very quiet area. The underground parking is very important, but especially the immediate response from Carlos and his friendly advice. It is located very close to the San Siro stadium and the Inter and Milan museum. I highly recommend it!!

The host, Carlo was very cooperative and responsive. The location was great. Lidl supermarket was just around the apartment and every item was comparatively cheap there. I parked my car in front of Lidl supermarket which is free and safe as my car couldn't fir in their own garage due to big size. Nothing. Everything was good.

• HAGI (9/5): - Very nice apartment, in a building with several apartments and we had a new, well-equipped and clean apartment. There is a supermarket near the apartment.
• Romain (9/5): Très bel appartement - Très bel appartement dans une résidence sécurisée. C’est comme neuf. L’appartement dispose de deux salles de bain ainsi que d’une belle terrasse. Il y a un Lidl juste à côté ce qui est très pratique pour faire les courses. L’un des deux lits simples est un lit d’appoint et il est placé devant la porte pour accéder au balcon. Il est difficile de se repérer dans le parking. Cela manque d’éclairage dans la cuisine. Les douches sont un peu petites. Le quartier n’est pas très sympa et un peu excentré du centre-ville mais pas loin du stade San Siro.

Yanıbaşındaki marketten alışveriş yaparak; Her şeyi eviniz konforunda hazırlayabilirsiniz. Metro 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Fiyat performans çok iyi. Beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Kiraladığımız araç büyük olduğu için, otoparka park etmek biraz sıkıntıydı. Ama çok problem olmadı.

• MOHAMMAD (10/5): شقة ممتازة جداً وتستاهل 10 من 10 - النظافة الموقع الأمان العالي دخول المجمع والمبنى والشقة كلها بأرقام سرية المسؤول متعاون الدخول ذاتي تقدر تدخل في أي وقت توفر موقف سيارة مجاني خاص وجود سوبر ماركت كبير الشقة تحتوي على كل احتياجات العائلة - توجد رسوم إضافية للنظافة وبيانات لكل أفراد العائلة لابد من متابعة الإيميل بعد الحجز والدخول على الرابط وتعبئة البيانات ودفع الرسوم ثم تأتيك رسالة أخرى لتعليمات الدخول ويفضل تحميلها قبل الوصول تحسبا لانقطاع الإنترنت - الخروج الساعة 10 صباحا لكن يمكن يأخرونه لك إذا بلغتهم - لا يوجد تكييف لكن كان الجو مناسب والمرواح تؤدي الغرض

• Stephanie (9/5): Magnifique - L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos : neuf, moderne, raffiné, parfumé et confortable. Toute la famille l'a adoré et nous reviendrons certainement un jour. Ce n'est pas que nous n'avons pas aimé, mais avec des enfants, c'était un peu compliqué de devoir se garer et avec tous les bagages entrant dans le bâtiment, d'aller chercher la clé du garage et ensuite de devoir garer la voiture à l'intérieur du bâtiment.

• Amanj (8/5): Bra och säkra - Vi bodde här i tre nätter med familjen och trivdes jättebra. Lägenheten var ren, bekväm. Värden var fantastisk och svarade snabbt på alla frågor. Parkeringen var lite trång, men det fungerade.

• Mohammed (7/5): اقامة جيدة - جديد نظيف كما في الصور بالضبط والمضيف كان ودودا و متعاونا. السكن في مجمع سكني عالي الأمان الدخول بارقام سرية انصح به فهو آمن لمن يبحث عن الامان الموقف ضيق سيارتنا كبيرة اضطرينا نوقف عند السوبرماركت التكييف لا يمكن التحكم به مثبت على درجة حرارة 23 استعنا بالمراوح اثناء النوم

• Rafael (3/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est confortable, moderne et très bien équipé, tout était pensé pour que l’on s’y sente comme chez soi. La literie est de qualité, la cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire, et l’ensemble est décoré avec goût. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour en raison du bruit constant de la ventilation dans les chambres, qui nous a empêchés de dormir et de nous reposer correctement. Il semble que ce système soit imposé par la copropriété et ne puisse pas être coupé. C’est vraiment dommage car le logement est par ailleurs de très bonne qualité.

• Mohammed (10/5): - الامان بعد الله سبحانه .. البوابات كلها ارقام سرية البلكونه والاطلالة .. الشقة مريحه ونظيفة فيها كل شي تحتاجه غسالة ملابس كاويه غسالة صحون ادوات مطبخ .. تعامل المضيف وسرعة الرد عن طريق الواتس اب تجربة جميلة عشان اكون واضح انا وصلت ميلان في يوليو وحر : التكييف كان نوعاً ما جيد .. لان له درجات حرارة ثابته اقل درجة حرارة ممكن 23. الموقع بعيد عن ميلان واقرب محطة مترو BONOLA ع الخط الاحمر وعشان توصلها تمشي تقريباً 10 دقايق او تروح بالسيارة لمواقف قريبه من المحطة . وعشان توصل الدومو يحتاجلك 12 محطة واحيان زحام بالمترو .

• Máté (8/5): - Két külön fürdőszoba, nappali, szépen felújított, Lidl nagyon közel. A két serpenyő közül csak a kisebbik használható az indukciós főzőlappal, a központi légkondicionálóval nem lehetett pontosan beállítani a hőmérsékletet amit szerettünk volna, a metróállomás kb 1,5 kmre van gyalog.

Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und man bekam eine superschnelle Antwort. Jederzeit würden wir dieses Apartment wieder buchen und auch jedem weiterempfehlen. ----------

• Annika (1/5): Unverschämt - Es gab bei Ankunft erhebliche versteckte Kosten. Für das Apartment wurden noch 80 Euro Reinigungskosten sowie 40 Euro Citytax. Das war bewusst in der Booking-Anzeige nicht klar angezeigt worden. Außerdem war das Apartment bei Ankunft nicht fertig und wir mussten eine Stunde warten. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig und hat auf maximal 24 Grad runter gekühlt. Das machen wir nie wieder.

• saleh (10/5): شقه و كأنك في منزلك - الامان حيث السكن داخل مجمع سكني قريب جدا من سوبر ماركت ليدل السكن نظيف والمضيف جدا متعاون و نصوح وكانك في منزلك السكن يعتبر في منطقه ممتاز حيث يقع في طرف ميلان قريب من الطريق السريع وقريب من جميع المواقع المراد زيارتها الدومو بالسياره 26 دقيقه المطار 28 دقيقه السوق الكبير 12 دقيقه يوجد سوق قريب جدا 5 دقايق بالسياره يوجد مشرف من الجنسيه العربيه المصريه اسمه رمزي جدا لطيف بلكونه جميله جدا وواسعه مغسله الملابس داخل الشقه وهذه ميزه ممتازه المطبخ جميع ادوات الطبخ مواقف السياراه بالاسفل جدا ضيقه يمكن الوقوف بمواقف سوبر ماركت ليدل ومجانيه

• BegoMV (10/5): Apartamento bonito y funcional con una gran terraza - El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo, dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia en Milán. Tiene una terraza enorme con mobiliario exterior, y smart TV que nos vino genial para ver series por la noche. El anfitrión estuvo muy atento a nuestras necesidades, aunque no le vimos en persona, pero estaba disponible enseguida a cualquier consulta Está alejado del centro, hay que andar un ratito para coger el metro o el bus, pero nos apañamos bien. Al ser tan nuevo le faltan cortinas, toalleros, algún cuadro o decoración, pero igualmente nuestra estancia fue perfecta
