• Darren (5/5): The shower marred our stay. - It is a good location. Close to all the essentials and hospitals. It was clean, tidy with plenty of room and all the amenities. Unfortunately, the shower was the downfall for this accommodation. I was constantly chasing to get the right temperature. It was slow to react to the temperature adjustments and then it would it would go either really hot or really cold. This problem is mentioned in the reviews for 9 months. Before booking, confirm if this problem has been fixed!!!
• Sylvia (2/5): Now that I know Adelaide a bit better, I would stay closer to the city for the the same cost - What breakfast? The bed was comfortable but no fitted sheet, it was 40 degrees so the doona was too hot, and using the sheet meant you were sleeping on the bare mattress?? Thank goodness for the air conditioner in the bedroom! Microwave and fridge were good, television and wifi great! It was fairly private. The fact that you have to send photo ID is ridiculous! The shower over the bath with a "shower curtain" was disgusting and dangerous. The water in the shower was intermittent, hot one second, cold the next?? The taps over the bath DO NOT WORK! There were no instructions on how to use the stove (glass hot plate). The garden was overgrown and neglected..I actually weeded it myself! For the price $400 per night It was not that great. Calling it "a renovated etc" was a bit of an exaggeration. Fortunately it was summer..it would be even more horrendous in cooler weather!

• Glenn (1/5): Total waste of time and money - Location The hot water system is u/s , the shower pressure is a dribble and the hot water is scalding, however when you add cold to get to an acceptable temperature, it goes cold, so 9 days of cold showers. I contacted the management DAILY and was told they cant find a contractor, then it was, we cant contact the owner, Very poor management, very poor response from the owner, if any. It ruined my stay and I believe I should be compensated for my troubles, I paid good money and did not receive any service.
• Irene (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, central with cafes around. The apartment was nicely decorated and the kitchen fairly well equipped The mattress needs replacing as it was pretty uncomfortable to sleep on with a big dip in the middle. The shower wouldn't stay hot for longer than a min or so before turning cold
