• santiago (5/5): Excelente ubicación pero un departamento que deja que desear. - La ubicación es excelente Para empezar no es espacio suficiente para 5 personas. Si bien las camas si eran suficientes, no había lugar para estar ni dejar las valijas y pertenencias En segundo lugar, el edificio no es del todo agradable. Había basura en las puertas de los departamentos, alfombras viejas y no del todo limpia. El día que quisimos enchufar la tostadora se cortó la lu del departamento. Cuando comentamos esto si bien recibimos respuesta al mensaje no se nos ofreció ninguna solución, por lo que no pudimos usar la tostadora. Por otro lado, el departamento cuenta con una sola llave, y para 5 peronsas no nos parece suficiente ya que su nos queríamos separar era difícil organizar la vuelta al departamento. Comentamos esto y nuevamente si bien obtuvimos respuesta fue una respuesta sin solución alguna. Finalmente nos llamó la atención que aunque nadie vino nunca a solucionarnos nuestros problemas, no perdieron ni un segundo en tocarnos la puerta para que nos retiremos. El anfitrión fue siempre muy amable con respuestas inmediatas pero sin soluciones a nuestros problemas.

• Gabriela (8/5): - Unbeatable location, clean apartment and good overall value for money. Communication with the host was easy and they were very quick to respond to my questions. For a group of 6 girls this was the perfect apartment. It is a bit annoying that there is no lift if you are to go out several times a day, however this is something that is disclosed. Also apartment is not very spacious and there's not much room to hang out there but if you're only using it to sleep there it is perfect.

• Francesca (9/5): Semplice ma efficace - Posizione perfetta , sopra la fermata della metro, a due passi da ogni servizio, supermercato, negozio. Praticamente su Oxford street ma con la tranquillità di una via più silenziosa residenziale. L’appartamento è piccolino, ma se ci si adatta e lo si usa solo come base va benissimo anche per 7 persone! Staff super disponibile chiaro e pronto a rispondere a ogni esigenza

• Sabrina (8/5): Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour en famille, l’emplacement est idéal - Nous avons avons aimé l’emplacement à 2 pas d’Oxford Street et quelques minutes de Hyde Park. La station de métro est à la sortie de l’immeuble avec de nombreux commerces. L’appartement est ancien mais cosy et confortable. Il est bien chauffé ce qui est important en décembre. L’immeuble est très très très calme, on ne se croirait pas en centre ville. Aucun bruit de voisinage, l’appartement est au dernier étage et nous n’avons jamais croisé personne dans les escaliers. La cuisine est complète il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner pour 6, la literie est confortable. Tout peut se faire à pieds depuis l’appartement, pas besoin d’utiliser le métro. Le service client est très aimable et réactif. Les clés sont dans une security box à 15 secondes de l’appartement, très facile d’accès. Comme aucune logement n’est parfait, seulement 2 petits bémols mais rien qui ne compromette le séjour. La salle de bain a besoin à mon sens d’un petit rafraîchissement. Il n’y a qu’un dressing pour 6 assez compliqué pour ranger les vêtements. Mais nous avons su nous débrouiller quand même.

En dubbelsäng och två bredare enkelsängar, samt bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Enkel köksutrustning. Låg standard. Dålig ventilation. Fyra trappor utan hiss, smal trappuppgång med sliten heltäckningsmatta. Buckligt och delvis trasigt golv. Diskmaskin ur funktion. Mögel i badrummet. Ont om varmvatten. Handdukshängaren är lös i badrummet och badkaret är oerhört slitet. Hade behövt två uppsättningar nycklar.

Tricky to get in even with video and instructions. Worked it out but took some time and made us late for where we were going so factor that into your timings. Expensive for a quick one night stay for 1 person however good for a group.

• Ivan (10/5): - El apartamento sencillo pero completamente equipado, está muy bien ubicado y perfecto para pasar 4 noches en él La luz de la escalera entra por un cristal de la puerta y si te gusta la oscuridad completa, no se puede conseguir. En mi caso no es problema, pero solo por detallarlo

• Branca (7/5): Boa localização. Caro relaçao-qualidade - Localização. Tem tudo á volta, metro, supermercado, lojas. Tem Maquina de lavar roupa e microondas. Tem detergentes de limpeza. Sacos do lixo, papel higiénico, sabonete para as mãos. Check in e check out fáceis, apesar de ter de ir buscar e colocar a chave num outro prédio, mas fica mesmo próximo, e as indicações são perfeitas e fáceis de entender. Loiça suja na maquina de lavar loiça, que não funcionava. Persianas não conseguimos baixar completamente por causa da saída do tubo de saída do ar condicionado, ficando muito claro logo cedo. (5h). Ar condicionado não funcionava bem, o que se tornou um problema (apanhamos 30graus em londres e foi sofrimento o calor). Tinha um pacote de leite aberto no frigorifico. Armários da cozinha e casa de banho precisavam de ser limpos. Banheira da casa de banho com sinais de desgaste e precisa ser trocada. Cortinado da banheira com sinais de muito uso, devia ser trocada. Quarto com as duas camas torna-se pequeno e claustrofobico para 3 pessoas. Claridade da luz do corredor das escadas. A luz fica sempre acesa, e como por cima da porta de entrada tem um vidro a claridade entra toda a noite. (As portas dos quartos também tem vidro por cima da porta). Tinha uma toalha usada no armário. Um dos sofá cama era desconfortável, fazia cova no centro. WC sem extração.

The location is unbeatable—right in one of London's most prestigious neighborhoods, with world-class shopping, dining, and attractions just a short walk away. The apartment itself is on the 4th floor, offering a peaceful retreat with lovely views over the area. While there is no lift, the stairs are manageable and well worth it for the charm and comfort of this beautifully decorated space. A perfect choice for those looking to experience the best of London!
• Olivia (10/5): Good location in a great neighborhood - Good location in a great neighborhood. This was a home away from home. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy bath and a kitchen with all essential amenities. The cozy living area was perfect for hanging out in front of the massive tele on top of an exquisite mantle. Good Wifi connection and the AC was working well. Shoutout to the host for keeping the place well-maintained and for being very responsive to all our questions.
