• Melanie (7/5): - Schönes Apartment das alles an Ausstattung beinhaltet was man benötigt und super Lage. Der "free parking spot" war ärgerlicherweise nicht vorhanden, für Rückfragen diesbezüglich niemand erreichbar. Tassen nicht sauber und befleckte Kissen auf dem Sofa, aber akzeptabel für den Preis.

• Natalie (3/5): Lage super, Gastgeber leider absolut unmögliches Verhalten - Parkplatz war besetzt, der in der Anzeige mit angepriesen war. Gastgeber meinte nur, dass ich mich in ein öffentliches Parkhaus stellen soll. Er übernimmt die Kosten nicht. Dann hat er mich bei WhatsApp blockiert. Bettlaken hatte Loch. Wasserkocher total verkalkt. Gab danach keinen Kontakt mehr.

• Kevin (1/5): Nicht Buchen, absoluter Scam. - Auf Nachfrage des dazugehörigen Parkplatzes, kam eine absolut unfreundliche und beleidigende Konversation seitens des Besitzers zustande. Ich empfehle großen Abstand von diesem Inserat und dem Anbieter zu nehmen.
• Pál (5/5): Good location, poor room (bed). - Great location at the railway station. You can walk to the old city. You can park by car. The bed was broken, so we put it back together so we could sleep on it. The window in one room can not be opened, it isstuffy.

• Shafaq (6/5): I would not like to stay there again. - It was decently furnished. A very good supermarket was close by. I didn’t feel safe there. Its doors opened right on the road. Management was also not quite approachable and accommodating.
• Robert (9/5): Superb - Excellent facilities, warm, clean and comfortable. Very well equipped, spacious and convenient for the station. Unfortunately, frosted windows so no views but you only miss the car park.
• Elizabeth (7/5): Good - Central location, it was well equipped and clean. It was noisy in the evenings from people hanging around outside but did quieten down by 10pm. The property could haven benefitted from blackout curtains, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. But this was mentioned on a previous review so took an inflatable mattress so this wasn’t a problem for our stay!
• Virgilio (5/5): Passable - Location really bad, no sure feeling with people coming in the evening in the near parking place to pee.
• Eugene (10/5): The apartment provided a great location & comfortable lodging. - The location, view of the mountains from our window, comfortable bed, washing machine & the fact it was very clean! The sofa wasn’t very comfortable….very low! We had some difficulty in locating the apartment, but were helped by a fellow American who has lived in Innsbruck 40+ years. We made a new friend.
• Choo (7/5): Good - Walking distance from train/bus station & was easy to locate with google. Has a view of mountain top. Kitchen was well equipped. Room was large. Can be a bit noisy at certain time of the night. Room was at ground level - a bit concerned with safety. Owner can do better with replies & the knowledge of the equipments

Even though I parked my car exactly as the apartment administrator instructed, but I received a parking ticket after 2 months from the stay, which costs me 395 EUR. And this apartment has started ignoring my WhatsApp messages and call for clarifying my questions for theparking fine. Be careful, this is a scam.

• Sylvia (5/5): Passable - Seamless check-in experience, proximity to the station and the city center Things are filthy - the sheet for the sofabed was not fresh with hairs on it, found a used cotton bud on the window sill. Sense of safety - the apartment is on the ground floor and the front door (without any peephole) is practically on the street. Someone knocked on the door twice at night during my stay which was really scary as I had no way to tell if anyone was hiding behind the front door before opening the door.

• Tamas (8/5): A good value for money - We received detailed information regarding self check in as soon as the apartment was ready. The place is just on the edge of the old town with a free parking space in the courtyard. The apartment was clean and spacious, fitted with a really nice kitchen. The heating was perfectly adequate. It's not possible to properly darken the bedroom or the living room. The mattress of the bed was a bit too soft, not giving enough support. It was okay for two nights... The air-conditioning was noisy. During the night, I could hear the noise that the outlet in the living room made. By the way, the apartment is on the ground floor, facing the courtyard. This means that you not only don't have a view, you can't even see outside. All things considered, for €140 total per nite, it was an ideal base to explore the amazing city of Innsbruck. A good value for money. Extra tip: get the Innsbruck card and you can use public transport, cable cars, and visit museums for a flat fee. We loved this city!
