• Serena (10/5): - Tutto perfetto! A partire dalla pulizia della camera ( fondamentale) , la cortesia , attenzione e disponibilità dell'host ed infine per l'ottima posizione, ad angolo di VITOSHA BOULEVARD! Unica piccola pecca , non c'è l'ascensore ma pazienza!

• Letizia (9/5): Molto accogliente! - Struttura pulita e molto accogliente. L'host molto gentile, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in. Si trova in una posizione centralissima, a due passi dalla Vitosha Boulevard, la principale via turistica nel centro di Sofia. Un altro punto di forza dell'appartamento è il bagno, spazioso e dotato di un grande box doccia che a Sofia è una rarità. Inoltre l'appartamento è silenzioso e si dorme benissimo. È dotato di tutti i confort. In un paio di sere abbiamo anche cucinato e ci siamo goduti il relax della casa. Si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore, ma le scale non sono scomode. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono e lo consiglio vivamente!

• HECTOR (10/5): Ubicacion ideal, limpio y comodo. - La cercanía a la avenida principal, estábamos a 15 minutos de todos los lugares de visita. En general nos gusto todo, pero tuvimos un percance al llegar ya que no se nos facilitaron las instrucciones de acceso al apartamento. Aun así la casera nos atendió en cuanto se le llamó y nos lo facilitó rápidamente.
• Kevin (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut erreichbar und haben schnell geholfen. Das Laufen in den 4. STOCK Und die Heizung hat bei 4 Grad nicht funktioniert.

• Elena Radulovikj (7/5): - The apartment is beautiful, decorated with attention to detail. Everything you can possibly need was available. Obviously, they went to a lot of trouble to make the guests as comfortable as possible. I recommend the apartment. The only missing thing in the apartment is air-conditioning. We were in Sofia during a heat wave. The stay would have been far more comfortable with AC. Secondly, there was a problem with the towels , although they were clearly washed, after getting wet they started to smell damp.

• SOFIA (7/5): To be improved - It’s located in the very center of the city, wide enough and many facilities available Very very hot inside, no air conditioning there are three fans, only one piece of toilet paper, bathroom not clean enough (hairs on the floor) no instructions on how to use the washing/dry machine.
• Olga (7/5): Чисто переночевать и то с вопросами - Есть посудомойка, симпатично, высокие потолки, в ванной все средства гигиены, вентилятор в каждой комнате, самостоятельное заселение. Можно найти парковку под домом, если повезет. Часть посуды была грязной, кухонное полотенце ужасно воняло, в ванной запах сырости, постельное не уверена, что стирано (по едкому запаху больше похоже на дезинфекционный спрей), потому пришлось свою постель класть, от чего было некомфортно. Пол деревянный очень скрипит, ночью если кто-то встает в туалет, то просыпаются все. С парковкой вокруг беда, но если нашли на ночь, то до 8:30 надо уехать.

• Bria (9/5): Very cute apartment in an amazing location. - Amazing location! A very well appointed apartment with everything we could need. With a very helpful host. Because of its great location parking was tricky, but the host recommended a paid parking lot for us.

• Aleksandar28110 (8/5): Agréable - Excellent location a stone's throw from Vitosha Boulevard. The flat is tastefully decorated. There is no lift. There are 4 floors to climb with your suitcases. Shutters should be installed as well as air conditioning because I think that when the temperatures are high, it must be very hot in the flat. Cleaning should be improved and more meticulous.

Thank you for the hospitality! The only thing you have to keep in mind is that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
