- Ruzana (10/5): Overall, highly recommended. - Clear communication and instruction from the host with easy access for check-in and check-out process. The parking bay is on the highest parking floor (7th floor), so you need to go round the 7 floors every time going in and out of the building. Location is further up from Bandar Baru Uda. You need transport to this place, as it is quite secluded though many shops accessible from the building. The guards are nice and helpful when they found out we were the homestay guests. Room is clean with ample facilities and amenities. Netflix is free, Wifi is good, and air-cond and hot water are running fine. Overall, highly recommended. My only complain is the placement of the minibar on the counter, which makes it so difficult to open/close and store food. Host better keep up with cleaning of shower - if not done diligently, it would not look good over time.
