L’insonorisation dû aux bruits extérieur mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles si on les supporte on entend plus rien, sinon je vous le déconseille.

• Lara (10/5): An amazing stay in a beautifully styled apartment with every comfort provided and a wonderful host. - Everything about this property was amazing — the location, décor, spacious bedrooms with huge beds, and thoughtful amenities. We arrived late, and our wonderful host Aldo kindly met us on a Friday night to let us in and helped carry our bags upstairs. There are a lot of stairs being the penthouse however this gets you match fit for all the walking you will be doing and I didn't mind after such a long flight from Australia to move my legs. You can tell Aldo takes great pride in the apartment. It was beautifully prepared, complete with Lavazza coffee, biscuits, bread, bottled water, wine, and even homemade treats from his mum! The location was fantastic — set above charming restaurants on a beautiful street. Any noise was minimal; the gentle hum of locals and tourists enjoying themselves added to the atmosphere it was nice to hear other locals and tourist soaking up the atmosphere. It was also perfectly situated for exploring nearby sights. Aldo provided excellent restaurant recommendations, including gluten-free options. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. I would return in a heartbeat! There is nothing I did not like about this property!
• Truche (9/5): Neat old apartment in the heart of Rome. - This apartment is in a great location within walking distance to everything. It has a nice outdoor balcony. Beds were very comfortable. The stairs are overwhelming, although we knew this before renting the place.

The Appartment was very clean and functional, the location is in the very center of Rome, there were a lot of cafes and shops nearby, the apartment had everything for our comfort, including products. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and explained everything. We were delighted and decided that when we go to Rome the next time, we will definitely book this apartment again!Thanks for your care! no elevator.

• David (10/5): Perftct next for a romantic stay in Rome. - Everything was perfect. Every need anticipated. Comfortable sleep. Beautiful terrace. Location was fantastic. Even though it's in the middle ofa busy steet, it was not noisy. Nice hum of a city. Restaurant outside the front door is great. Well there are 91 steps up to t hr e apartment! But its s a great way to work off the pasta.

Huge amount of things provided such as snacks, drinks, shampoo, cleaning stuff… they had thought of everything. Outside area. Noise level from outside is bad at night. AC beside the outside sitting area noisy.

The apartment was in a great location and very spacious. There was a laundry rack on the terrace for drying clothes. Great bathroom. One thing to note is that the apartment is in an area with a busy nightlife. We were provided earplugs, and we used a noise machine and didn't have any problems sleeping. Just something to be aware of. I'd definitely stay here again.

• Delyth (10/5): A perfect base to explore the city; as a family we would recommend this accommodation without hesitating! - The location was perfect to explore the city on foot. Everything you could need was included from milk to dish soap and cookies! The air con was wonderful as it was 38 degrees for our entire stay. The little balcony areas were great too for some outside space. Fun and funky decoration and in a very safe area. Seconds from the Piazza Navona, about four minutes from the Pantheon and about ten from the Trevi Fountain meant we saw these several times during our stay! Wonderful. It was noisy at night but the host provides ear plugs and in order to be in such an AMAZING location and so central it’s just what you expect in a bustling city - so it’s not a complaint.

The terrace is fantastic, perfect for relaxation, beeing in the middle of Rome and at the same time feeling like you have a house - luxuary! Great communication pre and during arrival by Whatsapp. Greeted by host who had supplied gratis various foodstuffs in the apartment for us. Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee pod machine, also with the necessaries supplied. 2 full super king bedrooms, clean and well presented. Roof terrace to the rear and bedroom balconies over the street to the front. Perfect location right next to Piazza Navona, for exploring Rome.

It was well stocked with ammenities including ear plugs, which was necessary as the apartment is above busy streets which a noisy until early hours. • Michael (9/5): Location and apartment great, stairs and late night noise not so great. Would recommend but please be aware of the stair - Location amazing and apartment itself very good with a super outdoor space which is rare in Rome. Communication was great with host throughout, lots of nice freebies left for you on arrival such as wine, juice, milk, water and biscuits etc. facilities, beds etc really good in apartment and quality new kitchen. You know before you go that there is no lift due to the age and size of the stairwell, but to be brutally honest, the stairs are just that, brutal. We ended up not going back to the apartment more than once a day to avoid the climb. Ok I am no spring chicken, but when you read it is 4 flights of stairs you expect just that, 4 sets, but it was actually 4 sets of 3 or 4 flights of a few stairs and it is very steep near the end. Also, I did see a couple of reviews mentioning noise and it was noisy at night in the bedrooms that face the street, noise was from the bars underneath and on the corner and that was in January when from personal experience Rome was actually really quiet. Friday night went on until 3am! Luckily I travel with a good set of earplugs and recommend them if you are anything other than a heavy sleeper.
• Michal (10/5): The perfect place in Roma - Perfection. This place, from now on, is our home in Roma. Aldo is the most amazing host. He helped us with every little thing that we needed, and always with a true smile. The apartment itself is unbelievably comfortable and lovely. It has everything that you would possibly need on your holiday. The location is fantastic!!! The mattresses are comfortable. The shower is wonderful. The balcony is way beyond what it looks like in the photos. The coffee machine is such a treat! The heating is working properly and we felt warm and cosy the whole time. Thank you for a perfect time in Roma! We will come back soon.... ❤️

• Pamela (10/5): Live like a local at the best location - The location is perfect: half block from Piazza Navona near Tre Scalini. The terrace view of the cupola of Borromini’s church is breathtaking. The apartment is well appointed with an induction cooktop, Lavazza cappuccino maker, full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Audrey greeted us and made sure that we were comfortable, even leaving beer, wine, coffee, breakfast items, and more. Aldo kept in touch throughout our stay, replenishing items and booked a cab to the airport at the end. Safe neighborhood and convenient to groceries, the Campo dei Fiori market, and sights. We felt cared for in addition to having spacious accommodations. Grazie Be aware that it’s a walk up on the fourth floor. Take it slowly. It’s worth it!

Aldo was really helpful when I had any enquiries. Person who met us at the appartment was really helpful too can't remember name. Brought up our cases to appartment and explained all about appartment. Also left a map with the sights marked on it 😃 The stairs. We had top appartment so was a bit of a trek but I knew that when I booked. I'm just not as fit as I should be.😅 A bit noisy at night but you can't expect anything else as your in the centre. Didn't bother us too much as we were tired from going all day.
• 실 (10/5): I'm glad to have my home in Rome. - Every morning on the balcony, I was so happy to drink a cup of coffee while looking at the dome and bell tower of Sant’Agnese in Agone right in front of my eyes. Everything from detergent, shampoo to microwave and washing machine is available in the penthouse, so it was convenient and comfortable as if I was living in my house in the middle of Rome. I didn't expect it, but I was surprised that food such as milk, coffee, cookies, and wine were also prepared. The wine tasted very good. Aldo was very kind and a good man. He booked a taxi directly for me who didn't have a taxi app and told me how to keep my luggage on my check out day. He also kept worrying until I arrived at the airport. Thanks to Aldo, I was able to return home comfortably. I really want to go back to Rome to stay here again. It’s an old building, no lift, people who wants to stay here should understand it.
• Karen (9/5): Very nice place - Very clean…and updated. The host was easy to get in contact with and Also responded quickly to any questions I may have. Apartment was very cool with A/C and Audrey was so kind and helpful as we checked in! There are 4 flights of stairs that you need to climb to get to the top as there is no elevator but it’s not that big of a deal. I could hear music from the restaurants below pretty late at night when I went to bed but I was so tired after walking everywhere that it ended up not being a problem. Stairs

Aldo and Audrey were great hosts, very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Plenty of good bars and restaurants in the locality. Only a short walk to all the main attractions. Will certainly use again if we are in Rome. Everything was perfect.
