- Garrett Charity (8/5): Great location, great value! - We had nice walks into Brickell and the property was really close to Publix grocery store. Also loved the easy free parking. The property provided earplugs for the birds in the neighborhood and that was very nice. Thank you.
- Seungmin (5/5): - I like being close to the central city and good value for money. As mentioned in the review, the chicken crows in the morning. The problem is that it doesn't start early in the morning but from 3 to 4 AM.
- Yesenia (10/5): Love it - I like the location and the free parking space. The department looks like the picture, everything was really good. I believe that including some basic kitchen supplies such as oil, salt, and sugar would be beneficial, considering that these items are typically sold in larger packages at supermarkets.
- Carlos (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Wifi was weak. There is a neighbor's rooster who make noise at 5:30am every day.
- Jose (3/5): For the price, the area, and the quality, it’s a terrible deal. - Among the neighbors’ roosters and the bad atmosphere in the area, we couldn’t sleep. Additionally, the shower was clogged, and the water took 2 hours to drain. The area is one of the worst in Miami. Everything was old and improvised. Very low quality.
