• Brad Russell (5/5): - Location Needs cleaning of windows and glass. Needs paint on walls and master door. Personal items need to be removed and near dead plants. Kitchen is good. Size is great. Master shower water director broken. No fan in second bath. Great lighting.

• Gillian (8/5): Would stay again. - Comfortable and clean. Everything you need for a short holiday was provided, even little extras like detergent in kitchen and laundry and antibacterial handwash in bathrooms. Ducted air conditioning was much appreciated. Black out curtains don’t cover the windows properly so light and heat get in.

It is a cramped, badly funished student quality flat with cheap furniture, a broken TV, and hostel level towels and sheets,beds were low, no lamps, shower was broken. The managers were rubbish, didn't reply, refused to answer calls or emails and do not speak clearly or deal with problems. We wish to make a formal complaint, this place is more like $100 a night, $450 was a rip off to say the least.
• Marlow (4/5): Spoilt by - Central location in Parramatta, 14th floor and rooftop view 1. It wasn't clear on the Booking.com website the property was Airbnb. 2. The contact phone no. to find details for entry to the property was in China. The no. didn't answer but was followed up by a return call from an Aus No. 3. Key collection location was difficult to find and was in a dark and somewhat threatening location a few hundred metres from the apartment. 4. Entry location to the parking could have been better described by indicating the turn to the lower level 5. Once in the carpark the allocated space was difficult to find because numbering was random 6. The washing machine was broken and whilst this was replaced during our stay, it required numerous calls and impacted when we had to be in the apartment. 7. Furnishings were spartan (no bedside lights), grafiti lettering on the doors
• Felicia (10/5): Excellent casual vibe apartment great location - The apartment was presented well with a comfortable casual vibe. Great central location walking distance to Westfield and Eat Street. Air con worked well and showers had great pressure and ran hot quickly. Very pleased with our choice.
• Sammy (6/5): Location good, not easy to get keys or park to sort your arrival. - Good location Tricky to get the keys from the lock box. In a very strange place. The unit wasn’t ready by 3pm. Waiting about an hour to get the keys with lots of running around.

• Kylie (4/5): Absolutely disappointing - The key box location was terribly inconvenient in a very dubious and unsafe area in a loading dock area, at the back of a restaurant. We felt very unsafe and unsure about where we were collecting the key when there were 2 lock boxes and there were staff sitting and eating at the back of the restaurant. It was a 5 minute walk from the apartment The apartment was dirty The curtains were falling down and didn't cover the entire wonder letting a huge amount of light in - walking us up at 5am The beds were very uncomfortable. The queens sized beds were made with single sheets The pillows were thin, lumpy and awful- we had to but new pillows for the second night. The shower gel was pleasant

• Venerando (10/5): Great unit in a great location! - Great location and good size for a family of 4. Some minor maintenance required, have let owner know of these. More cutlery and cooking utensils required.
• Antoinette (8/5): Only good thing about the place is location. - Very close walking distance to Westfield where grocery shopping and general shopping can easily be done. Check in instructions once they were given were a bit easy to understand. The house utilities and items in the apartment were borderline useless. Mop was broken. Cooking utensils were burnt and disgusting to use. Some of the pots and pans were also burnt. There were very little cutlery (some metal and then plastic takeaway forks. Not suitable for the capacity if people the accomodation can cater for. The washing machine was really old that it made so much noise when used. The table Was very wobbly and unsuitable to use. The TV remote was hard to use, possibly broken or lack sensor . The dishwasher had no place to put utensils so they just sit awkwardly inside the dishwasher. The lack of communication from owner prior to us checking in was very poor, that I had to constantly contact booking.com's customer service. The owner refuse to give check In details till an hour before checking in, making it hard to try and accommodate on check in process plus travelling.
• Nan (2/5): We booked for 8 nights and end up send 4 nights somewhere else - location is good. Serious Hygiene issue. Not properly cleaned at all. Hairs from previous guest. I spent 2 hours just to do the cleaning on the first day. There were shoes, egg, used toilet paper in the property. Mattress is the worst of all kind. It is sagging and causing aches and pains. poor support. Wash machine is disgusting. Bad mould and smell. Curtains are a joke. Can not even properly cover the window. It is so bright at 5:00am.

No parking outside building. Need better instructions to find the car park location (the bay) and which lift block to use.
• Philip (1/5): Bad - It took us 3 hours to get the keys. The people could not be understood. We were sent maps that we couldn't read. We were told a collection point without a street number. We went to a Chinese restaurant twice, but they didn't know anything about the keys. No body around the area knew the restaurant. Finally, a lady at the restaurant new about the key. It was hanging on fence at the back of the restaurant. We were at our wits end by the time We got it. I don't think I will ever use the service again. We felt like throwing the keys away. We have never had an experience like it.
• Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect, near to Westfield shopping Mall and Halal food restaurants. Coles, Aldi, Woolworths were less than 5 mins walk. Apartment is well equipped with modern equipment. We felt comfortable during our stay. Public transportation were also nearby. Check in instructions were updated after arrival to the location, which made us wait for nearly an hour to get the keys. Otherwise everything was almost perfect. Thanks Vivian.
