• Vince (10/5): Very enjoyable and well positioned for transport links to London City. - Clean and tidy, more than enough clean towels and bedding, virgin TV with access to all channels. Very comfortable. 10 minute walk to the train station that took you straight into London in 15 minutes. The living room needs one or two more table/floor lamps to make it feel really cosy.

• Stephanie (8/5): - Die schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Host. Gästefreundliche Einrichtung. Die Heizungsanlage sprang immer wieder auf kalte 17 Grad. Es war kein Schlüssel zu finden um die Schlafzimmerfenster zu öffnen.

• sedar (3/5): - Nous avons eu le code d'accès le 16 août matin et avant dû payer une nuit à l'hôtel 295 £ car nous sommes restés devant la maison de 23h30 à 2h du matin, le code envoyé par booking ne fonctionnait pas, pas de réponse aux appels. Nous avons dû chercher un hôtel pour au moins accéder aux douches et toilettes.

• Alicia (10/5): Hermosa, amplia y cómoda casa en barrio idem - La casa es hermosa, y tiene todas las comodidades imaginables, un hermosos patio trasero, donde descansar al aire libre después de las largas jornadas turísticas. Bien conectado por transporte publico (tren de cercanías y bus) Esta observación creo que es valida para todo Reino Unido, creo que aun no han asumido que el cambio climático existe y en junio HACE CALOR. La sugerencia es pensar en invertir en nuevos elementos de acondicionamiento térmico

• Mohammad (8/5): Lovely stay and may come back if needed again. - I have been to this area before, so it was easy to find the location, and a parking space was also easily available. I think the cleaning could have been improved a little bit, especially the Kitchen floor, which would need a mop.
• Lucy (8/5): Great property for a short visit to the area, but be aware of the proximity to Crystal Palace FC! - We were grateful for a tidy and generally clean property to stay in with good beds, privacy, plenty of useful equipment and resources for self-catering. Thank you for the welcome pack as well :) The TV was useful and we had enough room to hang clothes, use the kitchen, rest and work. We were not actually emailed the code for the lock box until we emailed on the day, but thankfully received it in time. We aren't sure that the electrics are up to code: one socket in the back bedroom appeared to slightly damage (and overheat) a plug, which worked fine in the one next to it. Also the boiler pilot light went out for no apparent reason (we were able to relight it, but only because we knew how). Some of the furniture needs the screws tightening (eg chairs at dining table) or someone could hurt themselves. Similarly, some doors do not close properly. The carpet on the stairs needs fixing down properly as it felt hazardous near the top. Cutlery was not 100% clean and the drawers could do with a deep clean. There was old ice cream in the freezer and also lots of open food items in a cupboard, which might attract pests. There were no bin liners in the smaller bins, which meant that they were a bit dirty (we did empty our own waste, but small bin liners would be a great idea).
• Helena (10/5): Exceptional - A really spacious , super clean and warm home away from home. Great Comms with the host and easy parking right outside. Comfy beds and plenty of crockery /cooking utensils. I highly recommend this house for short or long stays. Nothing
• Yuwei (10/5): Great place to stay when visiting London - The location is around 40 min drive to the city center, and you can park just in front of the house, which is very convenient. The house is clean and beds are comfortable. I like the TV in the master bedroom.
• Abraham (9/5): Superb - The house setup was family friendly and clean. Easy access to transportation and within reasonable proximity to shops, entries and mini marts. The quick response to mails was impressive and kept us quite calm. I believe the lower floor bathroom was too tight. I would have also liked to have had someone come check on one of the bedroom heaters which wasn't working after I reported on it.

• Jamie (8/5): A typical British home. Delightful. Comfortable. Would repeat. - It was very comfortable and a lovely place to stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was spacious. The sun room was wonderful. Two neighborhood cats came to say hello. The kids loved the tiger. The kitchen was quite dirty. We didn’t mind very much, but it is about an hour away from London centre. It’s well-communicated near different trains and bus stops. There aren’t many shops or restaurants nearby that are open late.
• Manalee (8/5): Very good - The property was spotless and well-organized on the first day of our stay. The hosts were highly responsive throughout the process, addressing all my questions promptly and thoroughly. There was nothing to not like about the property. Everything was so good!!
• Michele (10/5): Home away from home. - The property was great. Some places have no character at all but this house feels like a home. We loved the sunroom that is fabulous in the mornings. The owner even left us a welcome package including wine and chocolate, so thoughtful. Amenities all work well. We loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend it. Nothing.

• Malik (10/5): Exceptional - I love the welcome gift, the serenity of the apartment. In short, everything about the apartment is excellent. I will visit the apartment anytime I am in London and also I will recommend it to friends and families going on vacation to London. The apartment is a few minutes' walk to Norwood and selhrust train stations, Few minutes walk to crystal palace stadium, not far from African shops etc. It's a lovely environment Nil
• Pawel (10/5): Beautiful house in a quiet area. - Beautiful, well-maintained, traditional London terraced house in a quiet area. 15-minute walk to Overground, 12-minute train to London Bridge. We had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable stay.

• Shumama (10/5): Comfortable and spacious - Beautiful comfortable stay. Clean and tidy when we arrived. Amazing place for a family stay. Everyone enjoyed our stay there. Parking accessible and no issues with host. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, beautiful conservatory. Amazing time spent with family. The only negative I can think about is the beds were a tad too small and there could be a few more pots and pans. Otherwise everything perfect.
