• Volodymyr (8/5): Overall great apartment, location and host, except for a few small nuances described above. - New building, new apartment, nice neighborhood, good public transport infrastructure. The sofa in the living room was kind of dirty and not fresh; I could smell cigarettes in the living room and when the AC was on, probably previous tenants smoked in the kitchen or living room; the faucet in the bathroom sink was broken and didn’t supply hot water; it worked in the shower well though. It was challenging to find any 24/7 stores nearby.

• Monika (10/5): Apartamento completo en barrio tranquilo. Insuperable! - Insuperable! Apartamentos grande y cálido con dormitorio privado en un edificio nuevo. Perfecto para instancias largas. Tiene todo lo necesario. Decoración minimalista y práctica. Lavadora/secadora. Sofá muy cómodo. Iluminoso, con dos terrazas y lo más importante aislado acústicamente. Silencio absoluto aun estando cerca de una avenida transitable. Barrio nuevo en auge con edificios nuevos. Aparcamiento gratuito en las calles, ya que no es la zona verde de Sofía. Tiene centro comercial grande Bulgaria Mall al lado, cafeterías, supermercados Billa y Kaufland en el barrio. Trasporte publico autobús para viajar al centro sin mover el coche. O simplemente llamar a taxi que el servicio es puntual y económico. Espacio no fumador, no aceptan mascotas. Check in con indicaciones mediante mensajes. Limpieza y orden del apartamento al entrar apto. Perfecto todo la verdad. Recomiendo para instancias largas para parejas o familias. No es céntrico. Espacio para estar tranquilo.
