• PATRICK GLENN (8/5): - It is near the station and has a lift for your luggages. The toilet is very spacious and has all the amenities needed. The owner responds quickly for any concerns. It is a little cramped for 3 people especially if you have a senior person with you.

• R (8/5): Cosy Kinshicho stay - Good location, well designed flat wit all amenities. A lot of restaurants and food shops arround Not clean. Noisy street - but well insulated, so not a problem

• Karina Larenas (8/5): Excelente ubicación - El departamento es amplio y con todas las cosas necesarias como baño privado, útiles de aseo, cocina, etc. Además la ubicación es muy buena, locales de comida, comercio y buena conexión de transporte. Cerca de la estación está el limosine bus hacia Haneda, que lo hace muy cómodo si necesitas ir al aeropuerto. Tuvimos un inconveniente con las toallas, estaban limpias, pero olían raro al momento de usarlas. Pedimos un cambio y muy amablemente nos llevaron toallas nuevas pero nos dimos cuenta de que pasó lo mismo (probablemente es un tema en el proceso de lavado).

• Jose Maria (1/5): No escojáis este apartamento - Lo único positivo es que estaba cerca del metro. Nos hicieron el cheking un par de horas más tarde por no estar limpia la habitación y además no estaba nada limpia. La cama para dos es una cama de uno, no caben dos personas, y la especia de sofá cama es incomodisimo. Después de lo que pasó en el check-in le pedimos poder hacer el check-out una hora más tarde y no nos dejó, nos quería cobrar por salir una hora más tarde, simplemente vergonzoso.

• Tuyet (10/5): Exceptional - Host is so kind and helpful to support us on early checking, also giving detailed instruction on house rules and checkout. House is well equipped with everything we need, esp. self laundry. Wifi is super. Location is great: very close to Kinshicho Station metro and JR, direct bus to Disneyland, many good restaurants around with good price.

• Ayaka (5/5): Good location but dirty - Very good location, close to Kinshicho st., convenience stores, restaurants, and a big shopping mall is one block away. The owner is kind and helpfull. The apartment is pretty dirty (dust, stains, and hair), even though the owner ensured it would be clean. Toilet paper holder was broken, AC controller was out of battery, bath towels were old and worn out. I suggest the owner should check the apartment's condition more often.

• Petter (10/5): Exceptional - Area was good, close to the station, many direct lines to popular areas like Akihabara, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Very close to a couple Konbinis aswell. Close to Tokyo Skytree and a few shopping malls.
