• Kimberly (9/5): Location, views from the rooftop, clean and spacious. Overall really a 10. - The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was a 10 plus. Within walking distance of sites, shopping and restaurants. The rooftop deck had unbelievable views. The host helped me secure transportation to the airport. We didn't get full instructions on how to open the door. The concierge on site was able to help us. The second bed in the non-master bedroom was just a thin mattress and very uncomfortable for an adult.

• Andrea (9/5): - Lokalita, prostorny apartman Prijeli jsme v noci jak jsme predem avizovali a meli jsme problem s key boxem a tim i dostat se do bytu, nikdo nezvedal telefon, sice jsme se tam nakonec dostali a tim i do bytu, a nasledny den prosili o napravu, nic se nestalo, nikdo neprisel ho spravit ani vymenit, i kdyz nam to slibili. Rada: nejezdete v noci, pokud bude jakykoli problem, nikdo vam nepomuze.
• Hatsuna (9/5): 便利、快適、最高 - ロケーションが最高でした。設備も綺麗で部屋のインテリアも洗練されていてとても快適でした。ルーフトップからの眺めも素晴らしかったです。 部屋のドアの鍵がとても開けにくかったです。最初はどうしても開けられず、2階のレセプションの方に開けてもらいました。そのうちコツを掴んで、開けられるようになりました。

• Adi (9/5): Great locatio and apartment! need some corrections - !the apartment is located in the center of Milan. The apartment is really big and has a master room and another seperate bedroom. we like that there are shades in all windows. we were missing some sheets and towels and when we wrote to the host they sent it on the same day! some of the equipment was not working: the vent in the masteroom, the vent in the kitchen there were no shelfs to put the shampoo and soap in the showers the tap in the kitchen was not connected properlay, and only hot water came out the kitchen is missing simple grsceries such as salt, oil, there was no pan, large coffee cups

• Mary (8/5): Overall a thumbs up - 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, location and lots of windows allowing much light into the apartment. The air conditioning never came on the entire time even though the woman, who showed us the apartment, put it on 21 and how to turn on/off. The living room 2 seater couch was dirty and in poor condition and certainly if there were more than 2 people couldn’t accommodate. Poor communication on how to arrive at the place. Someone was supposed to meet us outside at a requested time but wasn’t there. Google maps puts you only at Sephora and there is no signage on the building or door or directions from a near landmark.
