• Nora (8/5): - la vista y la amplitud de apartamento Es necesario que todo el apartamento tenga aire acondicionado, dado que en las zonas comunes no había y es necesario
• Vanessa (5/5): Needs better host! - The location, the layout of the apartment, the security, the pool area AC in the common area not included (even though the unit is there in plain site), Safe not included (even though its in the bedroom in plain site), only 1 towel provided for a 5 night stay (no hand towels in any bathrooms or kitchen), lack of amenities (1 roll of toilet paper provided for a 5 night stay, no paper towel provided in the kitchen), the ice feature from the fridge not included (even though its there in plain site) We arrived and the building had no power, and was never communicated to me by the host. 2 days later the building had no water, and again was never communicated to me by the host The communication from the host was extremely difficult, as they have an automated bot and not an actual person. Constant emails leading up to the stay with way too much information (only in Spanish) that it becomes very overwhelming. Because the info is sent as PDFs I could not translate to English Its a shame that the property host made this stay not comfortable, because the unit itself is gorgeous

• ANA PATRICIA (8/5): Santa Marta, playas hermosas... - la ubicación es excelente, buena vista, apartamento cómodo, cuenta con carpas en área de playa en los servicios sociales que cuenta el edificio, parqueadero. no lei la letra menuda... supongo.... por la tarifa no pude acceder a lavadora, la nevera bloqueada para extracción de hielo, sin aire en la zona social. considero deberían ser mas empaticos... por lo menos brindar hielo. supuse al hospedarme en un apartamento contar con todos los servicios, de alli lo importante de leer.
• ramirez (5/5): Experiencia en Ocean club by soho piso 14 - La vista y acceso a comercios. Que Apesar de indicar que contaba con wifi, durante toda la semana no pudimos acceder al servicio y nunca hubo solución. Adicional y si bien sabíamos para instancias mayores a 3 días, debería contar o habilitar la lavadora. Adicional el aire de la sala comedor tampoco lo habilitan. Mucho zancudos en el apto. Tuvimos vamos apagones largos durante las noches.

• LUZ AMPARO (9/5): Muy familiar - Tiene una vista preciosa, es muy comodo Le faltan utensilios de cocina como ollas y los cuchillos no cortan, además unas tijeras para abrir bolsas
• Angela (9/5): Volveremos - La ubicación, es cómodo, las camas estan genial, las vistas, es amplio y muy bonito Un sofá de tela muy sucio, hay lavadora pero no hay luz para usarla y su respuesta es a través de un bot que no resuelve tampoco hay servicio de agua caliente.

• Luis (7/5): No volvería - El espacio es generoso La administración del apto tiene unas condiciones restrictivas de la dotación del alojamiento; aunque tienen agua caliente restringe su uso deshabilitando el calentador igual hacen con otros electrodomésticos como la lavadora , licuadora etc. esto lo hacen cortando la energía de la zona donde se encuentran estos dispositivos. Ante la pregunta a los asistentes lo que mencionan es que así son las condiciones. El mobiliario está muy sucio deteriorado o roto cortinas dañadas no tienen suficiente menaje de cocina (ollas, etc)
