• Johnson (2/5): Poor accommodation - Beds were comfy, clean bedding, good location The facilities were very poor, the description on web site are not true to word. No information in the room to explain things, no kettle or toaster as were on description.

Further communications that we can only have 1 electrical appliance plugged in at a time. We felt unsafe in the building and in the apartment and the extra requirements and information after reservation meant that we were not able to make an informed decision on staying here. Further the apartment is very small and the bathroom extremely small.

• John (9/5): Great loaction and NYC is fun to visit. - Great location for visiting all the holiday attractions. Easy to reach the subway. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. With the hide-a-way bed down, it's a little difficult to move around the room.
