JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property. Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Brian (4/5): For the amount we paid, it did not make it worth it. - It was close to the location of our event. The day we got there I informed the property that the sofa was broken. We are a family of four, and we had to use the sofa bed. I should have known that something was amiss when the sofa bed was already pulled out. It was broken in a way that made it completely unable to use in bed form, so we attempted to put it back as a sofa, so my daughter could sleep on it. It was too broken to do that. Instead my daughter had to move the mattress to the floor of the master bedroom. Additionally, it is advertised with a coffee maker, which it did not have. We live only a few hours from here, we could have brought ours, but didn’t because it falsely advertised that it was equipped with one.
Atul (8/5): Perfect location for the conference, good facilities - Location was close to my conference - easy to walk to. There is an app on the mobile which is used to open the doors, so you need data to access On arrival it wasn't clear how to get in, or which apartment it was as there are no door numbers. The hob is induction and though there were plenty of pans, only one old frying pan worked on it!
