Guest Reviews
- Diana (5/5): It did us fine but doubt I’ll return - The location /area, walk to Salamanca markets The stair are actually insanely dangerous and the landing lip is dangerous for anyone. Unable to take our luggage upstairs. Fire place didn’t work. The pub also at the end of the road attracts a lot of noice and drunks walking by in the alley.
- Lucy (7/5): - Proximity to centre was great Narrow stairs to bedrooms
- Julie (9/5): Very comfortable but stairs were a little scary but manageable. As you would expect for a beautiful - Location was excellent. Very comfortable.
- Nancy (4/5): Will definitely NOT recommend or rebook - Location Staircase is a death trap way too steep and stair treads are too small. Need to have your feet on an angle to climb up or down
First night my husband almost fell. Second night my adult daughter fell all the way down the stairs. She is I a lot of pain. Bruising on the backside and headache from banging her head every step as she fell down. They are not safe and I cannot believe that the owners would continuously rent out the property knowingly how dangerous it is.
Also disappointing is the parking space - need to have a degree in vehicle manoeuvring in and out without damaging a car . Mattress is worst I have slept on
- Veronica (8/5): - Location is excellent 5 mins walk to Dock with restaurants. The summer food festival was on and end of boat race.
- Amanda (8/5): - Fantastic location. Beautiful heritage cottage, surrounded by historical homes. Stairs to the bedroom are steep and not for the faint hearted. Bathroom is downstairs.
- rona (10/5): - Everything is perfect None
- Michael (8/5): -
- Pauline (7/5): Comfortable and warm federation home in great location. - Close proximity to pubs, restaurants, waterfront and Salamanca markets. We found parking difficult.
