• Nathan (10/5): Incredible place to stay and a great host! - Comfortable and spacious for 4 adults to each sleep in our own bedroom. Very nice to have that extra half bath. Kitchen and living area was perfect for relaxing and eating breakfast. The location could not have been better. With a pharmacy and grocery store within 1 block and surrounded by endless cafes and restaurants, I really can't imagine a better location. The beds were comfortable enough, and the thermostat kept the apartment at an ideal temperature. We all slept great for each of the 5 nights we were there. I am sad to leave!! The lockbox was a bit tricky to open, but we figured it out after a few minutes.

L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout, et l’ambiance est calme et agréable. L’hôte était super accueillant, disponible et professionnel. Tout était exactement comme sur les photos, voire mieux. Je recommande fortement sans hésitation ! Absolument rien, tout était parfait.

• evanbedler (10/5): great stay for a group in Montreal! - everything was great! the place felt big enough for a large group of us, was super nice and modern, and was in a great location for our needs!
• Valérie (5/5): - Emplacement Bonne réactivité du personnel. Logement non adapté à 9 adultes. 1 seule salle de bain Baignoire problème évacuation à arrivée mais résolu. Pas de bouchon dans baignoire. et mitigeur défectueux Pas de places pour repas (max 4) ni vaisselle suffisante. Canapé lit inconfortable et en mauvais état pour y dormir.
• Lesil (3/5): The property has huge potential as it is a 4-bedroom apartment. The owner needs to ensure the place is properly maintain - The location was perfect. It is close to the places we want to visit. The property was not clean and seriously needs some repair and maintenance (bathroom door, shower, sink). We had to clean the first night we arrived and also did some minor repairs. The kitchen cabinets need some organization and clean up as well, including the refrigerator and oven.
• Lesil (3/5): Property is in good location but needs to be cleaned and maintained. - Perfect for a family of 6 or 8. Good location - It is close to the places we visited. Owner was responsive. The place needs serious repair and maintenance. The first night of our stay we had to clean and did some minor repair (bathroom door knob and shower handle fell off). The kitchen cabinets, ref and oven need clean up and organization. The bedroom closets are full of cleaning stuff that are not properly organized. No clothes hanger. One sofa was not comfortable (side was hard while middle was sinking, I almost hurt myself). Rug on the living room was not cleaned and the plastic shoe holder needs to be replaced - it made the property looked cheap.
• VIRAL (1/5): Bad experience - Location was decent There was a stink the house throughout the stay, shower knob, toilet paper holder were broken. Shower knob fell and injured 2 people in the group. Heater was on in the house while it was 30 degrees outside. There was no manual on how to operate it. There was mold smell in the basement room
• Askcleft (10/5): Exceptional - Amenities, location, the price. Although I wished it was cheaper..nonetheless I give it a good rating for its price. Shower handle keeps on falling. It needs to be repaired. Non slip mat on the tub.
• Katherine (9/5): Satisfied - The property is clean and nice. What you see on the photos are exactly the same. All kitchen items, utensils, and toiletries are complete. I guess the steps on the upper floor. But that is uncontrollable. All in all, it is a great value of money.

There was enough space for our family of 5. Apartment was clean, with everything we needed. Be careful when parking along the street. We left the car is the spot for residents and got a ticket.
