As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a nonrefundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a nonrefundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Refunds are determined by cancelation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancelation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Christina (7/5): - Beautiful view, the grounds were landscaped and well cared for. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was great! And steps out the back door. There were plenty of linens for us to use, and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The beach was close by, but down a steep pathway with 35 steps! There was a limited supply of shampoo and conditioner supplied ( one tiny bottle for 5 people) many things were cracked… including the tank of the toilet. The cabinets were functional, but felt poorly made.
