Alexander (7/5): Gute Lage, hell freundlich, Betten gut, mehrere Mängel (siehe oben) - Lage Wasserkocher defekt, Arbeitsplatte in der Küche beschädigt. Fenster im Wohnzimmer kann nicht geöffnet werden.

Judith (9/5): My third time and it was lovely! - Proximity to the buses and the train station at Clapham. Fixing curtain blinds when I was already occupying the accommodation. Should have been done prior to the next heist checking in. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Could be improved.
Lynn (10/5): Great location and easy to get around. Close to underground and supermarkets. - Great size bed and it was comfortable. Bathroom also a great size
Ahmet (9/5): Ideal for 4 -5 person families. - This place has everthing you need. Easy to access with lift. The landlord prepared to us very enjoyable guide. When i read the guide for the flat basically i have no more question it. There several local pubs and groceries around yhe neighbourhood. Also clapham has one the largest park in london. All of the kitchen suppliers worked great and we have no worries about hot water. We used it for family about one week and liked it. Not much actually but there must be checked at for lamp switches at dining room. Some new utensils would be great also.

Derek (1/5): Bad - AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! £168 was withheld from the £500 deposit we left for our weekend stay. it was claimed that we broke a regulator off a radiator which is completely false. We did not cause damage to any area of the property. I was not contacted immediately about the suspected damage after checking out instead nearly a week later. The owners were going to keep my money and not say anything. It's disgraceful, and it's a Scam I would avoid this property at all costs. We were thinking of booking it again for next year but not now. No care from the owners through messaging since. they simply don't care and prefer to rob people of their money.
Amanda (9/5): Superb - The flat was advertised as modern and bright and it was. Close enough to the nearest tube station (Clapham Common), 10-15 mins walk. Opposite a good pub. Shops for provisions nearby. The flat felt safe, spacious for 3, was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Excellent value for money and if I was coming to this area again would have no hesitation in rebooking.
