La caja fuerte donde está la llave el segundo día no la podía abrir, contacte con los dueños por Whassapts dijeron que iba a venir un chico pero ahí no fue nadie porque no lo pude abrir. Y me tuve que llevar la llave encima cuando no me gusta llevármela y más si voy a la playa por si la pierdo o me desaparece. Por lo demás todo bien.

• Thibault (1/5): very bad experience - We were clearly victims of overbooking. The owner didn’t give us the access code in time, and we ended up without accommodation. The next day, when we returned to the apartment with the access code (he finally sent us later), it didn’t work - and worse still, someone was inside because the apartment had already been rented out! I checked the adress I had on booking with the occupants and they confirmed that was the good adress. The owner refused to take any responsibility, claiming he had done everything by the book. It was just bad faith on his part, and he ended up making twice as much from this overbooking ... while we ended up paying twice as much as we booked another hotel.
• Marina (9/5): Superb - Spotlessly clean flat. Very comfortable bed.
• Jonas (1/5): Cockroach infestation - I guess the bathroom was clean Had booked for 3 nights but fled the place after 1 night - after the first night I found 2 cockroaches in the room. Later that day I found another one - they seemed to come from the space between ceiling and roof. The worst part is that you can clearly hear insects crawling above the room in the early evening and during the night. Near the front door there is a small opening in the ceiling - the roaches seem to come through there. I messaged the property about the issue and they stopped replying when I brought this up. After they tried to ignore my complaint I messaged booking.com so they forwarded my issue again - nope, no more response from the host. Besides the cockroaches in the apartment I would also criticize the bed which is max 1,20m and very small for 2 people. Also the neighborhood does not seem nice but maybe that is subjective. Since the place never bothered replying there was no refund or compensation and money was lost. Never again. If you read this and stay here I would strongly recommend to close your bags at all times…
