- Patrick (7/5): - Die Immobilie hat mir insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders positiv waren die Tiefgarage, der direkte Aufzug und die moderne, gut durchdachte Einrichtung. Die Wohnung wirkt hochwertig ausgestattet und praktisch für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt aus meiner Sicht in keinem attraktiven Wohnviertel, sondern eher in einem industriell geprägten Bereich etwas außerhalb. Der ÖPNV ist zwar vorhanden, aber wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, fühlt man sich in der Umgebung nicht unbedingt wohl.

Der Balkon und der Tiefgaragen Parkplatz sind ein Pluspunkt.
Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe,besser geht es nicht.

- Maria Marinela (10/5): Great apartment! - The apartment is spacious, comfortable and overall very cozy. It is modern, clean and very well thought out. You have parking and easy access to public transportation on a convenient bus line. The communication with the owner was good and fast as well. Overall, the apartment is great, especially for two people.
- Per Neu (9/5): Tolles Haus, gepflegte Wohnanlage - Großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Gepflegte Wohnanlage, sehr sauber, großzügiger Tiefgaragenplatz, Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Schlafbereich, Waschmaschine.
Frühstückskaffee im Haus. Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber mit schneller Anbindung zum Hbf. Aktuell, Dez. 2025, wird nebenan ein Wohnhaus kernsaniert, der Baulärm (laufendes Stromaggregat in der Arbeitszeit) ist beeinträchtigend.
