Toll war auch der private Parkplatz unmittelbar vor der Haustür zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Die Reinigungskraft müsste bitte den Geschirrspüler vom Vorgänger ausräumen ....

• sarah (10/5): great stay. i would recommend - great place. collecting the keys at the reception was quick, easy and smooth. theres a decent gym onsite. its a short walk from the elizabeth line and southeastern trains. some decent food spots nearby. parking closeby there were only 2 towels
• Vuyina (4/5): Could have been worse but not entirely happy - Toilet was clean and beds were comfortable There was cob webs that had clearly been there for days in every room and spiders. Ended up having to hoover the ceilings and corners of each room to get rid of the cob webs. Either TV or remote was not working so couldn’t watch TV. Back of TV filled with cobwebs. Windows need to be cleaned. Rubbish and banana peels were left in bin under the sink by previous vistors and were not collected by the cleaners which explains why there were tiny flies flying around the kitchen during our entire stay. Didn’t notice the banana peels and rubbish under the sink until the last day but did notice the kitchen area had plenty of tiny flies flying around. Chairs and sofas either need to be replaced or deep cleaned as they had stains.
• Masiliso (10/5): Above and Beyond - We had had such an amazing time staying at this apartment. It’s was very clean and the views were breathtaking. The best part of the stay was honestly the Host, they were very accommodating and provided outstanding hospitality. Would highly recommend !!

• Ali (10/5): Fabulous - Our host was amazing Kelly was a superstar accommodating a late boooking when 5 other properties let us down. Cam in late to help us get the property ready for our arrival and was a dream to have as a host. Very highly recommended. The apartment was lovely and comfortable as well. nothing it was all amazing !
• Madiha (7/5): Good - Great host, very responsive to calls and provided whatever was needed. 2 large-sized size clean bathrooms and good-sized bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen, 2 large balconies with view of the Thames and a park. One double bed, twin beds and a sofa bed to easily accommodate 4 adults and 1-2 children. Easy check-in and check-out with a concierge. Parking is available for £8/day and even guests can park easily. Overall a comfortable stay with family and children. Cheap and rickety furniture including beds, sofa bed and linen. Location wasn't great. At least 15 min walk from Woolich station of Elizabeth line. DLR station was also at about 10 min walk away through a very rough and dirty neighbourhood.
• Jo (8/5): Ideal location for excel as only one stop away - Lovely apartment with two bedrooms and two bathroom- enjoyed the view and breeze from the river as it was exceptionally hot when we were there. Had everything you could need in a well equipped kitchen. Our booking said breakfast included which was a bonus but this was cornflakes and long life milk- I think it’s better not to bother as this is not breakfast in my view. Also more than the five minute walk to the station. We did enjoy the river taxi though which was closer
• Helen (8/5): Comfortable, clean, modern apartment. - Beautiful apartment. Comfortable, clean and very well kept with up to date facilities. Plenty of room for our party of 3 but would easily accommodate more comfortably. Good facilities in apartment including fans as weather very hot and bedroom windows understandably (apartment on 8th floor) only open a small way. Good views over river on one side. Host kindly left us milk and water and basic supplies also in kitchen. Easy 10 min walk to either underground or train station. Small shopping precinct also about 10 min walk with a big supermarket. Amazing views of London marathon! Would have liked another set of keys. 1 set caused some logistical issues if we were all doing separate things. Some traffic noise overnight which didn’t disturb us but could have implications for others.

• Marlene (6/5): Served it purpose for a four day stay - Did not indicate a parking fee when booking(saying on-site parking assumes parking price included); would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom and a list of check out items upon departure would make it easier to know what is expected. Overall a good stay which could have been great if precise communication provided. Being charge £15 for parking permit as it was not collected from me when I handed in the keys on departure. Should have been noted in check out lost (not provided).

• Naomi (10/5): O2 arena stop over - Stunning apartment in great location for Uber boat taxi and o2 Arena. It was a little pricey for one night and found it a bit cheeky to ask for a parking charge when the room info said parking was free. But it was £8 so at least it was affordable.

The view was beautiful looking over the doc and seeing the boats. Gorgeous. Fully recommend million times over. Absolutely nothing. I had no concerns. I was so over please with this property.

We were not disappointed at all, just would have loved to stay longer. Stunning, spacious and spotlessly clean accomodation with a balcony looking out over the Thames. Extremely high quality decor and furnishings and all the facilities you will ever need. Easy walk to the train station or the Uber Thames boat. Lovely and quiet but so easy to get into the city. Lovely owner who was so helpful and we can't wait to come again. Thankyou so much

Easy check in with the concierge , great location for the 02 got an Uber there 10 mins or you can get the river ferry which takes you there and into central London . It’s a 10 min walk from the appartement to the pier to catch it .

There was no noise from the neighbours and no outside noise could be heard at night. The handwash bottle was empty, but apart from that there were no other problems.

The rooms are quite new, and decoration is fashionable and stylish. All living facilities remain in good condition, especially the beds are very comfortable. Snuggle Inn’s kindly service made us feel at home. We’d like to choose to stay here again in the future if we have another chance.

We loved our stay here! - This apartment is really lovely, clean, modern and in a great location to catch the Uber Ferry and Elizabeth Line. The furnishings are very tasteful, the beds very comfortable (firm mattresses) and the balcony with view of the river thames is a tranquil sight. The area is up and coming, there is easy access to several walking paths through and around London too, a great spot! The owners are really helpful, providing a lovely welcome pack with cake, shortbread, tea and condiments alongside fresh juice. I was most impressed when the owner personally delivered a brand new hairdryer due to previous tenants actions. We are sure to book again in the future. There was nothing we didnt like.
