- Suzanne (7/5): - The view was brilliant and the room sizes. Love the kitchen. About 7 mins walk away from train station which ideal for people going to concerts at the o2 arena. When we arrive there was no water so we had to buy water so we can freshen up ready the concert. I did speak the management called sam, he said there was a problem area that area and should be done by 5pm. In one of the rooms we find traces of previous guest meaning used toiletries knowing the cleaners already went in to clean the apartment but failed to find and clean up properly.

- Sascha (7/5): unterm Strich alles ok - Lage, Erreichbarkeit Fön defekt, dieser besaß zudem einen europäischen Stecker, TV im Schlafzimmer unbrauchbar, keine Kaffeemaschine, dafür 2 Mikrowellen, Beleuchtung an den Spiegeln im Badezimmer defekt, Geschirr für die Menge an Max. zulässigen Personen nicht ausreichend.

- Giorgia (9/5): Very nice apartment - Nice, clean and big apartment in a beautiful building. Felt safe and it was quiet. 5 min walk from tube. The host was nice and allowed us to leave the room at 11 rather than 10 It felt like we had to communicate a lot with the host before arrival which can feel a little too much, but I understand from a safety point of view. We found the door handle didn't work properly, feels like it should be replaced.
- Marufa (10/5): Excellent and clean apartment - The apartment was very clean and had good supply of things like tea, coffee and sugar. There were toiletries in the bathroom too. It's in a very good location for the O2 and we could see cable cars from the window. Really appreciated the excellent customer service throughout my stay.
Loved the secure parking under the building, very convenient and worth the price.
They were always on hand to sort out any issues. Thank you London Apartments. This isn't the fault of the company at all
The apartment area was loud on a Saturday night with even fireworks at 2am. Luckily we were a group of friends so this didn't affect us but would have been an issue for families.

- Carol. (1/5): Bad - This is not the apartment we stayed in? It did not have two bathrooms! That's why the scores are a bit out of line. I agreed on the apartment with 2 bathrooms. It was too late to comment on that as it took us about 45 mins to get a key. The keysafe was broken. Someone came to assist. It was very noisy on Saturday night. Noisy people and noisy cars from about midnight till 5.30am. We won't be using an apartment again. Sorry. I've put this in the wrong place. I'm not going to rewrite it.

- Blake (7/5): Review from February 2025 - The apartment is modern and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a big lounge with lots of comfy seating. Bedrooms are a good size with lots of wardrobe space. Good location. Much cheaper to get Uber than black cabs. Overall good value for money. The key safe is extremely difficult to find so it took us ages to get into the apartment. We were sent a video but couldn't hear the instructions so it was a very confusing process. The key safe is located across the road padlocked onto a random garden fence down an alley. There was no lighting so it's very difficult to put the numbers into the combination lock to release the door key.
The apartment front door lock and door chain were both broken so the front door couldn't be locked from the inside. This made us feel really unsafe while we were in bed and we didn't sleep well.
The shower in the ensuite isn't fixed onto the wall and the shower screen isn't long enough so water goes everywhere.
There are 4 dining chairs at the table but they aren't assembled properly and felt unsafe to sit on. Just needs the screws tightening properly.
The beds were comfy but the mattress protectors rustle loudly and woke us up a few times when we did manage to get to sleep.
We felt quite pressured with some of the communication, including a message asking when we were leaving before we'd even arrived!! I understand they need to arrange cleaners to service the apartment, but they should just arrange that after 10am check out time so guests aren't made to feel unwelcome.

Big living space and equipped with washer/dryer.
Responsive customer service. Kitchen equipment eg kettle looks mould and oven seems rusty so decided not to use them.

I booked for two doctors attending a conference at the excel centre. It was nice and close but the doctors were not particuarly impressed as we told them it was a luxury flat. The description is misleading - it is not luxury

- Peter (5/5): Our stay made our trip easier, the apartment its self is in serious need of TLC - The pick up of the keys was exceptional, very clear instructions. The property was close to the Excel which is one of the reasons we booked it. The Balcony door was broken, you could almost fit your hand through on the hinge side. This meant there was always an ice cold breeze coming through and the noise of the road.
Ensuite shower was almost unusable, missing shower door and a very broken shower head. The water barely got warm.
The main bathroom was also the same, virtually cold showers.
One of the towels laid out on the bed was wet and duvet covers stained.
- Nusrath (8/5): Fantastic and cosy! Good value for money. I would come again - The apartment was spacious, modern, and located in a nice, safe area with easy access to the underground. It had a cozy, warm feel that made it very comfortable. The layout was perfect for our group, with two rooms that could accommodate six people in single beds, and having two showers was a great convenience. We appreciated the extra blankets and enjoyed relaxing with Netflix in the evenings. The view from the balcony was stunning, with a beautiful perspective of the Emirates cable cars. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I really enjoyed it! The customer service was also really good, they answered any questions promptly. There wasn’t much cleaning equipment, would be good to have at least some dish soap and better better shampoo/shower gel toiletries. Also not enough towels. Found wet and washed towels still sitting in the washing machine. Would be good to have instructions on how to use the microwave as well. We had to all supply copies of our IDs which was a bit of a faff.
- Clare (7/5): Good - It was very comfortable, clean, good value for money and perfect for what we needed. The volume of correspondence from the managing company in the run up to our stay - multiple phone calls, messages on booking.com and then on WhatsApp with long messages about rules and instructions was overwhelming! I felt quite harassed. I understand that it is important to remind people of rules and to also give clear instructions for checking in, but it was too much. I found the vast messages hard to understand and confusing to know what I needed to know when - for example, what information was needed pre-check in vs the instructions for check in, which also included multiple files and videos (not clearly labelled) on google drive, which meant you had to switch between details on WhatsApp and google drive to work out how to check in. I found the whole experience far more stressful than it should have been!
