• Noelle (9/5): - This property is located within walking distance of metro or buses. It’s very easy accessible also with Uber pick up if you need to go to downtown Montreal or Laval for concerts. This property had pretty much everything you needed! Very spacious! Smelt a bit and needed a bathroom needed a bit extra work, but other then that over all was great!
• Jean-Marie (8/5): Rare 3-bedroom in beautiful Rosemont - The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The furnace kept a very comfortable climate. The WiFi was great. The kitchen was well equipped . I only needed one bed but there were 4 available!! The shower was uncomfortable . It had a flimsy half torn shower curtain that kept hugging the body as one showered. Water would splash outside of stall. There was no soap shelf or shampoo. The toilet didn’t flush properly (required multiple flushes). There was no tub drain lid to allow taking a bath.

• Carine (9/5): We surely recommend the apartment ! - Very spacious and well equipped apartment for a stay with six adults. The outdoor area and small terrace would make the place perfect if they got a well deserved maintenance/ cleaning.

• Richard (9/5): A great place to stay,shame about the outside apperance. - The location was in a very busy part of Montreal, local shops were great, lovely friendly people, nice park just down the road. Safe area. Everything you could possibly want was there was supplied in the property,although rather dated. Was an email short, called the owner to find out the address and details, property looked neglected from the outside!
• Michael (9/5): Overall, a great spot that is the perfect fit for a slightly larger family. - Getting the keys was very easy, and the location was overall very good. A few, minor things need maintenance. Bedroom door by the front door is slightly sagging and the bolt won't fully close. Bathtub spout looks rusty. Someone was in the private/designated parking spot for a few hours. One bathroom is an issue, but manageable.

• Basinkin (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about the apartment. It was very clean an cosy. Close to all the amenities and very warm. Oh goodness the open kitchen is amazing, so well equipped enabling everyone to cook and make family meals. Really beautiful apart the pictures do not lie. Best it is also children friendly.
