• Charles (5/5): A good location but tired property. Key pick up 2km away from property was a hassle. - The location of the property. Comfy bed. Was told the day before that we'd have to pick up keys from a convenience store 2km (20min walk) away. The property had a musty, damp smell. Worn out carpets. The microwave was faulty and made popping noises. Not enough coffee for the entire stay. No cleaning over a week long stay.
• Shane (8/5): Clean tidy very convenient to facilities - Very convenient. Close to public transport and shops including supermarkets and restaurants Very secure building with underground carpark included Off site key collection and drop off. Not convenient when arriving at 10pm. And drop off different to collection. Both sites too far to walk.
• Julie (8/5): The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and great location. Our rental included $175 cleaning fee which - Fabulous location and secure Collecting keys from a convenience shop about 15 minute drive from apartment was not ideal. We were advised by ‘the management team’ that someone would meet us at the property however evening prior to booking in new instructions were provided. The management team also wanted photo ID sent which is very suspicious given we’ve never been asked this before with any booking.com bookings. A worry for identity theft!
• Noble (10/5): It was very convenient to where my family live. I could walk there. -
• Sharon (10/5): Comfortable and convenient - The apartment was fabulous, had everything we needed. Great location, particularly as my husband was having surgery at the Epworth. I walked or caught the tram everywhere once parked, including to the Coles supermarket just below. Great to have parking included. There was a problem with the air-conditioning which was sorted promptly. I collected the keys on a Friday afternoon, so it added an extra 15 mins onto the trip to negotiate the traffic, find the convenience store and then find the accommodation. Would be easier if they were collected within walking distance.

• James (9/5): Lovely, cosy and a great location. - This property was very nice. Loved the location and security. Unit itself was wonderful with all the necessities. A few things. Exhaust fans need fixing as they are noisy and had to be turned off. Main door handle was breaking. My stay was 4 weeks, so another set of linen and towels would have been good. Also just the little things like filled hand soap and hand soap in kitchen and bathroom. I purchased several things and left them in the unit to try and help out. Would definitely stay again :)
