Julie (5/5): Nice place but crazy to not have appropriate instructions for getting into apt. - Nice large space and quiet despite proximity to beach. Nicely decorated. Great to have 2 bathrooms. It was a challenge getting into the apt. Not enough instructions. Pictures of padlock were helpful but don’t know where the paddle to get in was (we didn’t have car). We didn’t know what floor we were on. We knew unit 24 but it was on 3rd floors. You can only access the floor you are on so trial and error to get in and didn’t know we had to hold fob to scan and press both floor buttons at same time and one to open would light up. We arrived at 8 pm and only were able to enter because someone helped us in the elevator. Really frustrating experience. We were afraid to leave for dinner and get locked out. I don’t understand why more instructions were not given or the floor number but provided. Has this been rented before?
