• Hanh LInh (4/5): I feel pretty disapointed about this experience. The room is not look good as the picture on booking app. - The auto lock door is pretty safe. The location is easy to find Our room is lack of trash bin, hand soap. It’s hot when the daylight comes and it got insect. The bathroom: water pressure wasn’t good or the shower head is old, so the water is weak. The toilet spray was leak.

• James (1/5): This place is a hard pass or your last option. Unresponsive upon check-in, you have to call them. The sheets were filthy - Laundry machine The self check in took hours. They were unresponsive until I called. The bed sheet had a large stain and there is construction on the adjacent building.

• Uyên (4/5): - Xung quanh có nhiều hàng quán tiện ích - Home không chủ động hướng dẫn khách checkin, checkout. Phải để nhắn tin gọi hỏi rất mất thời gian trong khi đây là điều cơ bản phải làm khi khách đã gửi thông tin cá nhân để confirm lịch từ trước. - Không có phòng đúng giờ cho khách. Đến nơi lúc 15h30 phòng vẫn đang dọn. - Không có nóng lạnh. Đã phản ánh với home nhưng nhận lại được lý do: do home dùng bình năng lượng mặt trời nên phụ thuộc thời tiết (dù hôm mình ở trời rất nóng) và do home đông khách nên hết nước nóng (không phải tại mình?). Không khắc phục được triệt để vấn đề, đến hôm sau mình cần nước nóng vẫn không có. - Rất khó liên lạc với home. Lý do home làm việc từ 9am - 9pm. Nên đêm mình mới về tắm rửa không có nước nóng là chịu thua không hỏi ai để sửa được. 9h sáng hôm sau nhắn tin gọi điện cũng không thấy ai phản hồi cho đến tận 10h. - Xung quanh có công trường đang thi công nên rất ồn ào.
• Andrey (2/5): - Self checkout was long, had to stay at the gate with all luggage waiting for replay, messaging to all apps. There's construction area nearby, so you won't be sleeping after 7am. Drain in shower is clogged with someone's hair. They even messed up with towel and pillow, they provide it just next day, so first night we had to sleep under our coats.
• Bao An (7/5): - Good location. The host is good, customer services are good. Although the host did try to help us some problems when we checked in, the first impression wasn’t good, so we felt no longer needed. The property is self check-in, when we came, the front door had stuck, we did try make lots call to the host. But he didn’t believe that we had couldn’t open. We were out side in 30mins until a guy (guest) opened the door from inside. The property is outdate, the room has mould smell, lot of dust behind the shades, and the one of shades was stuck . The kitchen area seems never be cleaned. The shower was leaking and the toilet bowl wasn’t comfortable. I think they didn’t clean and set up the room well because I found one panties from the previous guest in the washing machine, some stains on the toilet bowl surface.

• Samuel (1/5): Terrible - The communication with the property was fast. The balcony had enough room for half a human, no view because of the huge aircon. (This is a con not a pro) The washing machine only soaked clothes, and didn’t work, I was left with drenched clothes I had to hand wring and wait for a day to dry. (No more space. Con) I received a message from the property at 12am asking me to contact them, the number itself had the letter O instead of zeros which was bizarre and made it difficult in this instance. When I contacted the host on Zalo they told me that my room was booked out 10 minutes before I confirmed it. They tell me this the night before at stupid o’clock and asked me to cancel, the room was up now on Agoda at a much higher price. I was then on the phone to booking.com for two hours in the early morning, the host refused to answer their calls and messages but were asking me to cancel. I refused and miraculously there’s a room available. With it being a National holiday and the availability of rooms throughout the city was dire I was just grateful I could get myself a room, but telling me the night before is beyond unprofessional, when I booked it days in advance. I arrived at the room, the check in was good as I didn’t have to speak with anyone and used the codes to get to my room. As soon as I entered it’s smelled bad, I’m no princess and I’ve travelled for many years but this was funky. There were huge cobwebs everywhere, hanging from the ceiling, the floor was filthy and my white socks turned black after 5 minutes. The sponge left out had mould on it, I found a dirty old pair of socks left out on a cabinet. The bedsheets had stains and hairs inside. It was vile. I was in a predicament where I was grateful for the room and didn’t want to be the annoying guest that complained about everything but it felt like an 18 year old student had just left the room moments before I got in. I spoke to the host and sent the videos in, although apologetic the most I got was a small clean the next day and new sheets. Cobwebs still there and the smell, although I did receive a new sponge! In the 4 days I was there that’s the only time it was cleaned, if I wanted a clean it was a charge of 150k. The host was fast at communicating but only offered apologies and little action.
