• Paul (1/5): Bad - Freshly painted and new decor. Easy access and good communication. WiFi went down and was reconnected very quickly. Extra $35 in the small print that is compulsory. Very old apparent. Air conditioning very loud. 3 Cockerel live next door, impossible to sleep. Apparent pictures are extremely filtered. Very overpriced for area and condition. Very upset with Booking.com, for allowing this standard of accommodation being advertised on their website.
• Paolobaro (6/5): Yes but... - Location was great The place is not for more than 2 people since the couch is very uncomfortable If you do not like chickens waking you up at 2 am this is not the place for you. From the pics it looks new but the place is old
• Arkadiusz (7/5): Spacious apartament in a good location with a noisy air-con. - Location, space, coffee machine:-) Air conditioning- too noisy.
• Veronika (7/5): Good - Overall it was ok. You’re located 10 min walking to the Brickell center, but the walk is not so pleasant (a lot of homeless people in the area). The apartment is not new and not renovated, and also was not as clean as it should be. Air conditioner VERY noisy, I didn’t use it bc of the noise, but you still hear very loudly from the neighbors apt. Host is good and good communication. CVS and Pubix supermarket 5 min away They are charging extra non refundable fees for damage waiver

• Bianca (7/5): Great apartment in an ok neighbourhood. Walkable to Little Havana and brickell - Easy code access that got sent prior to arrival. Welcome email had everything we need and host checked it on us. Overall the host did a great job and the apartment was nice and clean. The front door did not seem very secure. The lock worked well but it seemed like the door was very thin and easy to get through. The walls to the neighbours are very thin and you can hear every move.
