• Michelle (5/5): Could have been better - Locations was good. Tennis racquets were available for use. Apartment was spacious. Washing machine was broken, dishwasher didn’t work very well, wifi was not working and there were sex toys left in the cupboard next to sports equipment our kids were accessing.

• Ian (4/5): The property was disapointing - Tha location was excellent. How unclean the property was. The lounge was filthy. No internet on arrival and had to make calls and emails to have it connected. The main bathroom had a hole above the shower.

• Maccafferkey (3/5): Won't be staying there again. - The only thing the place has going for it is the location, otherwise poor Badly maintained and presented. Photos are deceiving, don't paint a true picture. Can live without air-conditioning, but at least put in ceiling fans. Curtains damaged, hanging off the rails. Mould in bathrooms, damaged shower doors. I could go on.

• Jacqui (3/5): Great location, terrible apartment - The location. The view Everything, it’s old, dated, dirty and very tired. Even the linen had holes in it! The place needs a good renovation. Mould throughout the bathrooms and kitchen. No kick board in the kitchen, we were embarrassed to have people visit. Everything is extremely old and requires replacing

• Margaret (1/5): A terrible experience. Could not recommend. - Very dated, unloved. Stained filthy carpet. Curtains falling down. Stinky cupboards. Filthy shower screens that fell off rollers. Laminex peeling, cupboard doors de laminating. No air-conditioning. No fly screens. Had to have windows open to keep cool, no sleep as it was right on the Gold Coast Highway. This apartment has not been kept up to normal standards.

• Varn (1/5): Location is the best but will not stay in that complex. - Very tired, neglected. Wasn’t to standard. Needed a refresher. And not much of a cost to owner, less than $500 could have fixed most of the issues.
• Paul (9/5): Great location, clean, views were amazing!! Bathrooms and kitchen could do with an update (old). - Quick and effeinct - SMS and emails before/during/after provided all relevant information. only improvement would be to pick up from appartment complex rather than realestate agent
• Larissa (5/5): Passable - I liked the view that was about it on arrival I found out that the place hard no wifi no hairdryer as all place nowadays have ,the heaters were small oil bar heaters that did not give much heat as I was having my elderly mum with me who is 91 she feels the cold more
