Jeremias (9/5): Local bacana, mas o Booking falhando! - Tudo! O Booking.com não funcionou, daí tive de pagar bem mais, direto na conta do anfitrião! Porque o valor era 264,00 no Booking, mas tive de pagar 100,00 a mais, por uma “taxa de limpeza”… É a segunda vez que isso acontece nessa plataforma!

Ane (4/5): - Flat novinho e bem localizado! O apartamento estava bem sujo. Todos os móveis estavam muito empoeirados. Os armários, geladeira, torneiras estavam engordurados com marcas de dedos em toda parte. A pia da cozinha estava entupida! O chão estava sujo com marcas de sapato. O armário embaixo da pia da cozinha esta cheio daquelas baratas pequenininhas! O vaso sanitário estava cheio de lodo no fundo. Parecia que tinham trocado apenas o lixo e organizado as coisas. Mas limpeza mesmo, deixou muito a desejar! Pelo valor da diária, esperava um zelo maior na limpeza.

Não tinha café da manhã, A piscina que seria aquecida estava com defeito no aquecimento e interditada até as 20:00 horas para evento particular. Ao chegar fui atendido na rua, não podia entrar pois segundo a portaria meu nome não estava entre autorizados e nem entre os que tinham reserva para a estadia, somente após reclamar abriram a portaria, mas não pude passar da recepção pois meu nome não constava como tendo reserva, demorou uma hora pra eu entrar no apartamento. Haviam insetos sobre o lençol, limpeza muito ruim. Tenho fotos.
