• Maria (8/5): - Esta bien ubicado Es pequeño pero hay todo lo necesario. La forma de pago dado que debes gestionar una parte a través de un enlace que te facilitan.
• Janquiel (10/5): - O local é muito confortável e limpo, bem localizado, com super mercado bem a frente. Uma cozinha super funcional e máquina de lavar na acomodação, se precisar secar roupas, tem uma lavanderia bem próxima. Achei ele um pouco gelado, a calefação não dá conta de esquentar o suficiente.
• Joachim (6/5): Lage und wohnubg top, bett vollkatastrophe - Die Lage (15min. Zum Dom, supermarkt vor der Tür... ) die Organisation vom Eigentümer war sehr gut geregelt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett: katastrophe!!! Es ist eine Couch- aufgeklappt, aber kein bett. Dringend: richtiges bett erforderlich!!! Viel zu hart, unbequem, haben kaum geschlafen und extremen muskelkater durch das bett- kein witz, so unbequem und hart. Schade.... das kissen fällt regelmässig in ein Loch (unabweichlich- ggf. Grössere kissen hinlegen.... Zu laut: nachbarn und auf der strasse zu lt. Neue Fenster würden lautstärke reduzieren von draussen.

• Vladlena (5/5): Я была возмущена , что ключи нужно замарать в другом месте , это очень не удобно когда ты с багажем . Можно сделать ящик - Было чисто и уютно 1. Мне пришлось заплатить еще 30 евро за какую то страховку о которой не указывал Букинг изначально обозначая стоимость аренды . При брони было указано цена окончательная ( я оплатила дополнительно налог и это ок , но еще потребовали оплатить страховку и это было уже после того как я оплатила бронь и об этой сумме не предупреждал букинг !) 2. Мне пришлось идти с чемоданом совсем в другое место за ключами от апартаментов . Это было ужасно так как дорога каменная и идти от апартаментов и обратно для того чтоб получить от них ключи это очень не удобно ! 3 . очень плохо работе и поддержка и мне ничего не могли объяснить по поводу ключей . Работа персонажа по брони просто ужасная . Ничего нормально объяснить не могли

• Judit Orsolya (7/5): Accommodation in the perfect location - Beautiful place in one if the best location of Milan, with a superkind host. The bed is not confortable for a tall guy (if you are short it's absolutely ok). The neighbourgs are very noisy and the building too. So if you are not a deep sleeper you need a pair of earplug.

• Anastasia (3/5): not recommend, bad place, bad host - located not far from city center *this is old apartment in old building and it has not very good smell *it is quite wet inside and there is mustiness on the ceiling in the toilet *the building is under repair and windows are dirty, there is no outside view at all due to repairing constructions *folded sofa is very uncomfortable *unpleasant host, bad communication *fraud activity with insurance deposit. it is stated in description that you need to pay 300 eur refundable deposit. by fact, you should pay 30 eur of non-refundable insurance payment along with city tax. we asked host to fix this, but there were no replies and we had to pay this non-refundable 30 eur fee

• Tziani (6/5): Be aware of the “refundable” deposit. Extra charges without any reason - the location was ok. small and sofa bed. caution for the “refundable” deposit. I found it at least fraud the way they charged extra money as a deposit. Plus very very bad manners.

The appartment is well equipped and very clean appartment .Sarah ,the cleaning lady, is doing very good job. The appartment is located in a quiet place. There is a supermarket 1 min away. Communication with staff was terrible . They didn't answer any of my questions in timely manner. I had put a lot of energy to receive answers.. This is totally not acceptable and added unnecessary stress. Basic important information such as how to open the gate after checkout ( keys left in the room) was not provided. The safe for the appartment keys is far away from the appartment itself which makes it very tough for guests with heavy luggage ...
