• Benedicte (9/5): Bien situé pour visiter Kuala Lumpur accueil et processus de caution à revoir pour les étrangers ! - Arrivée tard, il ne faut pas hésiter à demander à l'accueil que quelqu'un s'occupe de vous. Après minuit ils délèguent à une autre société qui assure la prestation et nous remet les clés contre une caution à verser. Le logement semblait bien adapté, même si je n'ai pas eu le temps d'en profiter, parfait je dirai pour un séjour prolongé et si besoin de se cuisiner quelque chose, profiter de la piscine/jacuzzi et de la vue sensationnelle depuis la piscine au roof top. Situé non loin de KL Sentral d'où partent les trains dans de multiples directions, parfait pour visiter Kuala Lumpur. La récupération de la caution m'a semblée plus que compliquée ... j'ai envoyé les photos de l'appartement sur le tél WhatsApp fourni, on ne vous répond pas ... même si on lit vos messages ... En bas il y a des boites aux lettres pour rendre les clés, c'est très très impersonnel ... J'ai demandé via WhatsApp à l'interlocuteur de descendre me rendre la caution ... pas de réponse ... tout semble fait en automatique ... et la caution reversée par virement bancaire ... sauf que je suis étrangère et que je tenais à la récupérer en étant sur place, je ne fais pas trop confiance dans ce cas là ... ne voyant personne venir j'ai fini par redemander au guichet où je m'étais adressée le soir pour récupérer ma caution qui était tout de même de 200 MYR soit 45 € environ (prévoir du cash !), plus cher que la nuitée passée ... Je n'ai pas eu de problème pour la récupérer mais il est stipulé nulle part qu'on peut s'adresser au 1er comptoir de gauche ... Toutes ces personnes au comptoir du rez de chaussée gèrent l'accueil d'autres sociétés dans la tour, le nom de Minshuku ne figure d'ailleurs nulle part sur le comptoir quand vous vous trouvez à l'accueil.
• Mireia (9/5): Great apartment with amazing facilities - Nice small but functional apartment, with kitchen, tv, AC, toiletries, hair dryer... Amazing pool on the rooftop! The gym is also great with views of the city but quite small and busy. There's also a big coworking space with good internet. You might have to wait a long time for the elevator.
• Ráda Cestuji (6/5): - Nejkrásnější byl výhled z okna a ještě lepší že střešního bazénu. Bohužel nám byl přesunutÝ let a my přijely o jeden den déle. Nejen, že nám nevrátil peníze, ale ani se neozvali, že berou na vědomí. Kontaktovala jsem jak přes Booking tak individuálně cca 10 dnů před plánovaným nástupem.

• Esther (10/5): Goede voorzieningen, fijn zwembad, een co-working space en goede host. - De locatie is dicht bij KL Central en daarmee is heel KL goed bereikbaar. Bricksfield is een prima wijk om te verblijven. Het zwembad is heerlijk en het bed is goed. Co-working space is ook prettig. De kamer is schoon. Fijne plek om te verblijven.

• celia (5/5): No repetiria - En la piscina aunque no se vean las Petronas se ve Merdeka y no había casi gente, así que un lujazo. Cerca hay una parada de metro aunque he de decir que no la he usado y me he movido en Grab. Lo más importante es que estaba BASTANTE SUCIO, la nevera daba realmente asco dejar aunque fuese una botella de agua allí, las mesas, el baño todo estaba sucio excepto las sábanas y toallas que si parecían limpias. No había agua caliente en la ducha. Tampoco me gustó que a pesar de saber por otros comentarios que había que llamar al que se encarga del apartamento para hacer el check-in él había aceptado en booking hacerlo sobre las 14h y no pudo ser y no me avisó, estuve allí esperando en el hall. El ascensor sí que tarda pero es soportable. El edificio está gestionado por diferentes empresas/personas a lo mejor gestionado por otro está más limpio y mejor organizado.

• Sambor (10/5): Bardzo ładny i przyjemny apartamentowiec w sercu Kuala Lumpur - Fajny apartamentowiec. Na samej górze basen, sauna i siłownia. Mili ludzie, super obsługa. Pokój czysty i z ładnym widokiem. Wszystko czego potrzebujesz znajdziesz w pokoju. Cena też fair do standardu. Blisko dworca autobusowego i przystanków metra. Faktycznie sytuacja z windą o pewnych godzinach jest dramatyczna.

• Esther (8/5): - Es hat uns gut gefallen im Riviera. Wir haben 4 Nächte gebucht, haben jedoch das Zimmer gegen eine Wohnung mit 2 Betten getauscht. Die Aussicht war gigantisch. Über der Skyline zu logieren, für uns ein Highlight. Das Bett war für uns zu klein.

• Tony (9/5): I had a very good stay, the location of the hotel is fantastic, with lots of good resturants . - The location was fantastic once you knew how to get aroung, the hotel has a fantastic sky pool with greeat viewa. The only thing that was anoying, was the wait for the elevator sometimes, but that was it.

Lokalizacja blisko do dworca i łatwy dostęp do atrakcji, blisko do Little India, na dachu wspaniały basen który wynagradzał wszelkie niedogodności Długi czas oczekiwania na windę zwłaszcza w godzinach wieczornych -20/21. • Rebekah (5/5): Convenient location and building, would not stay again because of the room. - Location was great and staff was responsive. The amenities of the building were great (pool, gym etc). The room had a musty and damp smell that permeated everything. It wasn’t clean, the bathroom was mouldy and the fridge smelt sour. I had to have a towel replaced as it had a suspicious brown stain on it - it was replaced with a threadbare towel that smelt of smoke.

Открытый бассейн на 53 этаже так же входит в стоимость. Вечером можно отлично поплавать. Полотенца и постель были очень старые и в пятнах. Это стояло бы замерить.

• Dominique (9/5): - La piscine au 53ème étage à une vue époustouflante, de jour et encore plus de nuit ! L'appartement est petit mais fonctionnel et clair. Nous y reviendrons probablement une autre année. Il est situé près de la station de métro vraiment centrale où passent toutes les lignes. La clim est la plus silencieuse que nous ayons eur. Super Tout était parfait

• Oriol (7/5): Bien 👍 pero podría mejorar - Calidad precio no estaba mal del todo pero hay opciones mejores en kuala lumpur por el mismo precio. Cartel en la puerta que ponia que si hablabas personalmente con ellos te hacian descuento y al hablar con ellos era aun mas caro por fin de semana cuando en booking los precios eran mejores que los que ofrecia el propietario. No aceptaban tarjeta a menos que aun pagaras mas. La estancia estaba mas o menos bien por el precio, pero la habitacion tenia cierto olor particular, quiza una mejor limpieza a fondo habria quitado el olor personal.

• Sumita (5/5): Decent room - Overall location is strategic. The room is just nice for a couple. Have all the necessary things. The swimming pool is closed at 7pm which is not reasonable. The access card is only one and if one person use means another person can’t go out. Lift is very slow despite have 4 lift. The properly window blind need to change to something which sun won’t expose u til inside early in the morning.

• Sanaa (4/5): - L'emplacement permet d'être proche du centre commercial NU Sentral et des transports en commun. Les locaux comme la laundry ou la salle de détente sont plutôt agréables. La chambre est correcte et offre une belle vue sur la ville. Un filtre à eau est accessible dans la cuisine. Le personnel à l’accueil n’est absolument pas accueillant ; on a vraiment l’impression de les déranger. Je suis arrivée tôt et c’est la première fois que je ne me sens pas respectée dans un établissement. Lorsque j’ai simplement demandé s’il était possible de déposer mes affaires quelque part, afin de ne pas rester six heures assise dans le hall, le personnel m’a littéralement “engueulée”. Aucune volonté d’aide ni de compréhension. J’ai donc attendu trois heures assise, sans rien pouvoir faire. Heureusement, au bout de ces trois heures, j’ai pu parler à leur collègue en charge des réservations Booking, qui a accepté de garder mes bagages. À noter : ce service est facturé 20 RM, ce qui ne m’avait bien sûr pas été précisé. J’avais choisi cette résidence — qui pour moi n’a rien d’un hôtel — pour ses installations et les services annoncés, mais je vous conseille sincèrement de passer votre chemin. Rien d’exceptionnel. La grande piscine est en rénovation depuis mi-novembre jusqu’à mi-décembre ; seuls le jacuzzi et les deux petits bassins sont accessibles. Bref, un début de séjour mémorable… mais pas dans le bon sens.

• Magdalena (10/5): Alles perfekt! - Das Zimmer war perfekt für unsere letzte Nacht in Kuala Lumpur. Man ist sofort in Little India und hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick auf dem Dach ist super und der Pool ist wirklich groß. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir in Kuala Lumpur sind.

Vous avez un mall à 7 minutes à pied avec plein de restauration, change et boutique dans le boulevard du mall Vous avez la piscine à débordement au 53eme bis étage avec vu sur les principaux building de Kuala Lumpur Il y a une salle de musculation et une salle de coworking au 53 eme étage Il y a une laverie avec salle de détente au 30eme étage

• Abdelbacet (10/5): - Situé a quelques pas du quartier indien et de la station KL Sentral. L'appartement est propre et éloigné de la circulation et donc au calme. La vue est magnifique sur la skyline de KL.
