• G (9/5): Great location for families - Property was in a great location, clean, great facilities. Nice pool. Great view. The beds were not comfortable, they all squeaked every time you move.
• Prideaux (8/5): Wonderful apartment near the beach - This is a wonderful location with a high balcony and wonderful views over the ocean facing east. Apartment has wonderful facilities we felt very comfortable There are three flights of stairs just bear that in mind we navagated them easily

• Andrew (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, there was plenty to see and do. - Location was excellent. Kingscliff is a great town with plenty of places to eat. Saturday markets were a bonus. Kingscliff beach was very easy to access and an excellent beach to visit. The surf club was a great place to grab a drink and a meal. Beds were very uncomfortable. On street parking only even though there was an underground car park. For the nightly rate I would have expected off street parking. The apartment was very nice but needs updating.

• Bryan (7/5): - Great views. Functional apartment. Good value. Awesome location for walks. Had a great stay. Helpful host Disappointed that there was no prior notice given in listing of scaffolding being erected in front of balcony. Unfortunately the gas bottle ran empty on bbq straight away. The cleanliness was a bit of a let down with old soap bar in shower, poorly cleaned dishes including an oven tray that hadn’t been cleaned. Fixtures getting very tired and some broken or not working but we did expect that the apartment was dated due to price. Didn’t worry us too much for a short stay. As many have commented previously the beds are hard and noisey.
• Jess (8/5): - Great apartment, very spacious with all the facilities you need (air con, fans, full kitchen and laundry) and pool. Clean and homely. Beautiful Kingscliff beach directly across the road. Coffee cart opens at 6am around the corner. 30 min walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. Great little coastal town.
• Karla (6/5): Great view, but bad nights sleep - View from apartment was fantastic. The beds were horrible. Very uncomfortable and squeak so loudly with every movement. Apartment is starting to show flaws, better for a short stay then long stays. Weren’t advised until the day that scaffolding was up the whole booked week where workers were out most morning at the bedroom windows. Close walk to beach & having a pool was great for the toddler. Location is quieter being further away from the main restaurants

• Juliana (7/5): Good budget apartment with ocean views - Great spacious apartment (top floor with no lift, but only 3 levels) with ocean views. Good kitchen, living area, balcony. Parking is on the street, during holidays could be an issue. On the north side of Kingscliff and not close to shop/restaurants, etc... Both bedrooms are facing west and non stop noise from the M1 (it is quite close). So you could not have the windows open at night. It was winter anyway, so we didn't need to, but you could still hear the noise even with everything closed.

• Alison (10/5): Lovely clean and spacious apartment with fabulous ocean view - First impressions count! This unit is spacious, uncluttered and spotlessly clean. The view of the ocean was fabulous and it was extra special to see 7 whales playing! Alison had plenty of tea, coffee, little welcome biscuits and milk in the fridge for our arrival. All our needs were met. The main bed was quite firm but comfortable and the kids slept well in the bunks.

The things provided in the kitchen help make our stay easy (such as gladwrap, paper towels). Alison was an excellent host. She contacted us to check how are stay was going and promptly answered any questions I had.

• Gavan (7/5): Good value for money - Spacious, 2-bed 2-bathroom, views to the beach/sea and watching the whales migrating North. Short walk to the gorgeous beach. Some kitchen equipment missing eg colander/sieve for draining pasta, sharper knives, larger saucepan for cooking pasta.

Great communication with host. While the stairs (on 2nd floor) didn’t worry us worth noting. No aircon but there are fans & a good airflow if open sliding doors on both sides of apartment.

I would really come back if it has Aircon. Beautiful view could hear waves from apartment I didn’t realise that it didn’t have Aircon . It was really my mistake I didn’t check because in my booking.com filters I chose with Aircon may be the filter disappeared or whatever. For my family it was hard as it was 30 degrees days and extremely humid which was hard for us to relax with a toddler

• Kelly (10/5): A great place to stay in Kingscliff - would definitely book again. - The property is very spacious and overlooks the beach. It has a wonderful patio area at the front. The bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms were very clean. Overall - loved it. Nothing.

(felt more like a home than accommodation, beautiful smelling linen and room deodorisers) Only drawback was the stairs. But that's our bad for not asking or checking before booking.
