• Mick (4/5): Disappointing compared to the add. - Nice and big appartement, for a good price. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and a washing machine. Weird check-in procedure. We couldn’t leave the bags prior to check-in, had to send our passports by WhatsApp for an online check-in, an then still had to wait 1 hour for the host to collect the payment. Both swimming and breakfast where in another building. And breakfast had only phó as option, without drinks. Extra charge for swimming was over 50% of rentalprice. It took 3 times asking for breakfast location, and the let us know at 8 in the morning, when we already wanted to be out.. Appartment itself was clean, but one bed not made and dishes dirty.

Расположение было настолько хорошим, что мелкие недочеты не сильно испортили общее впечат - Квартира расположена в крутом жилом комплексе Le Roi Solei, созданному по индивидуальному проекту. Расположено в близи от нескольких озер. Удачное место, особенно хорошо для пеших прогулок. Рядом супермаркет и небольшие продуктовые магазины. До центра на такси около 15 минут, в час пик дорога из центра может занять и 40 минут. Средняя стоимость такси до цента 65000 донгов. Апартаменты просторные, вид на город и улицы. Шумно, если открывать окна. Есть небольшой балкон. Огромный плюс - наличие в квартире стиральной и сушильной машины, был оставлен гель для стирки. На этаже находится комната для мусора с баками для сортировки. Вход в квартиру по коду, очень удобно. Достаточно чисто, если не заглядывать под кровать, заметно, что уборщица там не моет. Не было чайника, но по просьбе его принесли на следующий день. Нет чашек, только стаканы, но нам сказали, что так почти везде, редко пьют горячие напитки. Мыло было только в одной душевой, это не очень удобно. Шампуня не было предоставлено. В квартире отсутствовали фен и утюг.

• Irene (7/5): Nice spacious three bedroom apartment, but in need of some attention. - Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, in a good location and well suited for our three-week stay. Coffee shops, restaurants and West Lake all within walking distance. The host agent Lily was always contactable and very helpful and responsive to our concerns. We arrived late evening and had to make up the beds in the second and third bedrooms, which was not ideal after our long journey. The linen and towels were below expectation, some quite worn and discoloured. We could not use the ensuite off the main bedroom because of a very bad smell. The cleaner who came at the beginning of our second week did what she could to help, but unfortunately the smell returned.
