• Jake (1/5): Hated almost every moment - Bed and towel seemed clean. Nothing else appeared clean, my fingers even stuck to the door knob apon entry. Room acceptable size. Worst stay of my life so far. No hot water. Heating on the top floor was unbearable, only after 3-4 hours of the windows being open at night would the room become somewhat bearable. When I first arrived I had to wait around an hour outside the front for the door code on a rainy day, the hosts response times were horrific. Apon entry a weird and semi-strong smell hit me instantly. Kitchen unfit to cook in, unclean throughout. The communal areas need a deep clean. Best thing about the location is it's near St George's Hospital incase you accidentally walk bear foot on the carpit, you can book yourself in for a check up. Unfortunately I'v spent a night in a jail cell before and it was extremely more comfortable than this. That cell is also where this host belongs, charging people to stay here should be a crime.

A konyha koszos volt, így nem használtuk. Mindenért rugdosni kellett a kapcsolattartót: friss törülközők, ágynemű, javítások. Nem beszélt angolul, nem vette fel soha a telefont. SMS-ekre lassan, napokkal később reagált. Lakótársak szennyét, szemetét nem rendezték, így a többiek számára a konyha nem volt tiszta és használható. Sokszor késő éjjel is ugrálás, hangoskodás zavarta az aludni vágyók nyugalmát. Nem volt kedves a fogadtatás, bár kaptunk ingyenes taxit a reptérről, arra senki nem gondolt, hogy legyen hová leülni, WC-re menni, vagy a csomagokat biztonságba helyezni a szálláshelyen, azok számára, akiknek a gépe korán reggel érkezett, jóval a délután 3 órás szoba átvétel előtt. Nem kaptam időben visszajelzést arról sem, hogy sikerült-e bejutnunk egy földszinti szobába, így ott derült ki, hogy 88 évesen az anyámnak emeletet kell másznia. A kijelentkezésről sem kaptunk udvarias figyelmeztetést, így a foglalás során történt tévedés, csupán 1 órával a következő szállóvendég bejelentkezése előtt derült ki. Ez csak azért kellemetlen, mert emberek közt bármikor előfordulhat hasonló félreértés, na meg a szállástól épp kétórányira talált meg minket a fenyegető hangnemben előadott felszólítás... Előző este, vagy akár aznap reggel is egyszerűbb lett volna ilyesmit tisztázni. De még az is több időt hagyott volna a rohamintézkedésekre, ha a délelőtti kijelentkezés idejekor értesítenek azonnal. Összefoglalva, a kommunikáció volt a legelfogadhatatlanabb, aztán a minőség ellenőrzése, a lakók viselkedése következtében kialakult állapotokat illetően.

The bathroom was equally appalling: the bath had no plug, making it unusable, and the toilet didn’t flush at all. The TV was ancient and barely larger than a tablet — pointless and outdated. Most of the plug sockets in the room didn’t work, which made charging devices a constant issue. Overall, the place felt neglected and unmaintained. Nothing worked properly, and it was nowhere near acceptable, let alone comfortable. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding it. • Vanessa (1/5): SHUT THEM DOWN - Absolutely nothing! The property was mis-advertised as the photos were nothing like the accommodation. When we arrived we could not get hold of the host as per instruction. We'd been given the incorrect key pin and stood outside the property for almost half an hour. We opened the studio and our first impression was that we'd walked into a storeroom where furniture had literally just been plonked down. There were no side tables or bedside lamps. The plug points didn't work, the heating didn't work, the toilet didn't flush, the cooking facility (rusted 2 plate stove, dirty kettle and microwave) had no ventilation. The bar fridge looked like it had never been cleaned and the freezer had not been defrosted. The towels and bedding were stained, the shower head was just lying in the bath. There was hair in the bath and on the floor. There were no bin bags in the bins. The outdoor patio area lighting did not work. We contacted the property management and the host. Both declined to answer and only received written communication. They were extremely rude and called me a liar. Booking.com was wonderful with their proceedings, and authorised a full refund with immediate effect, however, they also had problems with the host and property management who unfairly did not agree to a full refund, leaving us at a loss to pay a cleaning fee and a percentage of vat when we didn't receive a service. This property should not be in operation.
• Rachael (1/5): Scam and False Advertisement of Services. AVOID - Nothing Avoid, this company advertises false services and Booking.com has no integrity for allowing false advertising on their platform. No House Keeping No Heater Dirty Rooms with a pile of garbage in one of the storage in the room (see photos) Moulds All Over the Walls Smelling Bedsheets and Pillows. Staff enter Guests Rooms when Guest are not around Management becomes hostile to guest if you dare complain by switching off your Heater and Hot water and cutting all communications with you that you are forced to leave earlier than your check-out date. Awaiting my Refund still as they did not provide any service as advertised. Complaints are currently being filed with Authorities for further investigation on this Business as it’s a fraudulent. Booking.com company has no integrity and does not protect customers so if you lodge here it’s at your own risk.

• Will (4/5): Doable but not enjoyable - Large room, affordable for London accommodation. Was very warm on cold nights. We were in Room 6, the bathroom was tiny, little to no room in the shower (couldn’t stand sideways) and toilet in an awkward place. Mattress was also covered in stains. There were other people in the house who were up very late shouting and screaming at each other (we did consider calling the police at one point). The kitchen was very dirty and there were only 2 cups for a 6 bedroom house. One of fridges was also full of rotten food and smelled horrible.

Unfortunately, we're not at all impressed with the state of our room. Aside from being completely different from the photos on Booking.com, the room has not been cleaned properly - the bed side table has coffee stains, there's mold on the windowsill (and lots of dust) and around the radiator. The pillows are stained and are unhygienic, and the state of the rest of the room doesn't make us feel confident that the towels or sheets have been cleaned properly, as they smell dusty and not fresh. Most of the walls are also cracked/water damaged/stained. There's no hand soap in the bathroom, and the hand-wash sink is blocked. There is also an uncovered wire in the bathroom, and taped over wall sockets. The windows have not been cleaned either, and the WiFi in our room keeps dropping out. Our door also doesn't have a latch, so the only way to keep it closed is to lock it, which isn't fire safe at all. Finally, the whole building is not HMO compliant, which makes us feel quite uneasy with there being multiple other households in the building with us. As such, we have decided to make other arrangements, and would like a full refund to be returned as we will not be staying in these conditions. If you could get back to us at your soonest convenience to discuss the refund, that would be great. We have already left and returned the key to the drop box. ----------------- Even with photo evidence supplied, the property has refused a refund of any kind. We were in the property for less than an hour. DO NOT book here, as they will take your money and put you in a dingy, dirty room, and ignore you every time you try and talk to them.

• Kaspar (7/5): Great for travelers on a budget - The room was comfortable enough for a week long stay, and it didn't feel cramped. A private bathroom was a nice touch in this price range. The shared kitchen had everything necessary for storing food and doing some simple cooking. The backyard was nice to have for relaxing a bit. The surrounding area felt nice, with shops, pubs and the tube station only a walk away. The bedding and the room could do with a deep cleaning. The walls don't have much sound isolation, so get some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, as neighbors can come and go around the clock. It got quite hot some days in the room as well, and no fan is provided. Overall, don't expect luxury for this price, but we can't complain much.

Most of the plug sockets blocked off No parking nearby for more than 2 hours on weekdays. Thin pillows, cheap trampoline mattress, tiny TV, urine in the toilet upon arrival. Surfaces full of dust and metals in bathroom corroded and rusty. Dirty fridge (belongs in the tip) , filthy oven, everything was just sticky and dirty… especially the floor. Well overpriced for what you get. Iv seen better Norwegian prison cells. Also host was very unaccommodating and took ages to respond. This property employs the ‘minimum outlay, maximum revenue’ policy. Never would I stay here again or recommend it. Take pride in your business man!!!
• Ali (8/5): Very good - Loved the cleanliness of the room. Everything was great and cozy. If you're a tall person the toilet might be troublesome to use. It was fine for my missus who is 5'3" but me being 5'10" I kept hitting my head on the ceiling . Despite all that it was a wonderful stay. Pedro was very helpful and responsive.

Electrics are not finished, even wires in bathroom are just sticking out of the wall. Mattress is smaller than the bed so it travels around and is way too soft so back pain on the second night was quite bad. Even remote control doesn't respond. Shower regulator doesn't regulate. I mean, it was not place you want to be.

Room not serviced during our stay. No hand soap at all. No kettle in the room although there was a shared kitchen but a kettle and tea etc in the room would be better. Not enough toilet paper for 2 people for 4 nights 5 days. Fold up chair in room a not a good idea. Another hazard. Edge of the bed was thick so liable to be stubbed on when getting in, which I did. These are all observations really. Wouldn’t make us not return so overall happy.

• Amanda (5/5): You get what you pay for! - Positives: nice and warm, washing machine available and kitchen to cook meals, good drying rack. About 10min walk to rail-station and 30min to the tube 'Tooting Broadway', 10min walk to food and grocery shops, cheap accommodation. Negatives: shower mixer does not work well, and the hot water was too hot (this was the same for another couple). We stayed for five nights with no change of towels or provision of toilet paper (despite requesting this). Hence be prepared to buy toilet paper, washing liquid, and wash your towels. In the shared kitchen the oven and dyer do not work. The photos online must be very old and do not show the actual look of the place which requires a spruce up.

• Rebecca (3/5): The place is an overpriced dump with poor communication issues. - Easy walking distance to the train I guess Staff messaged me at 2pm asking for my booking number and when I responded to tell them I would be late due to flight delays they never responded. I had to call them 3 times at 10pm to get them to send me the check-in info. Also they do not inform you on their listing that you are expected to wash your own dishes and take out the trash, so if I hadn't checked the signage on my way out I guarantee they would have charged me extra for it. Black mold in the tub/shower, kitchen is barely functional, the TV was the size of a laptop monitor. This place is definitely not worth the nearly $100 a night I paid for it.

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - I really enjoyed my stay. The acommodation was spotlessly clean and warm. The place was quiet and the bed with the mattrace was very comfortable, so I had a lovely sleep. Communication with Pedro was perfect. It was easy to check-in with the key lock box.

But.... → see the next comment "What didn't you like?" Mr. Pedro who take care of mannagemet of properties, as I understod, was nice to conversate with about our check-in late. There is possibility to check-in to the property at any time. It requires a necessary communication with landlord to solve/find this possibility and get some instruction for it. Bad and STRESS-inducing answers to our questions about late check-in! Two times we got the unclear and STRESS-inducing answers via "Booking.com" about check-in late although a clear information on the website about just this property item. Mr. Pedro saved it by solving the check-in possibility very late at night. For more detail se our conversations with Swedish "Booking.com" support.

Instead we got a tiny room with mold in the bathroom, somebody's hair on the linen and absolute lack of anything: we didn't have any blankets or covers, the lamps on either side of bed weren't working, the water in the shower was smelly, and basically the whole place was just untidy, around one hour away from city centre. I enclose pictures to show how horrible it was.
• Tufnail (1/5): Bad - I thought long and hard and couldn't think of one good thing about this place Blood on the walls, mold everywhere, burnt and stained single bed sheet on a double bed, mattress from a dump with protruding springs. The only thing this property gives you is neck and back problems and sleep deprivation. Fridge with moldy old food in, "kitchen" too dirty to touch, and yes the water does smell odd and they don't provide toilet paper. The shower curtain contained too many mystery stains to want to touch resulting in the bathroom flooding. Unsafe wiring with exposed cables and covered up sockets. The description of this property is a lie and none of it is true. They have used bots to make this property rating higher than it should be. Terrible stay. Waste of money. Save yourself. RUN AWAY.

• Brenda (3/5): Very bad - It was warm and very close to transport stations and shops. Hot water 24/7 and string wifi It's very dirty, the room was very dirty when I arrived and the blankets was dirty too. No toilet paper I didn't know I had to provide my own. The place overall is dirty and very noisy

• Maciek (3/5): Poor - Barely anything Very dirty shower cabinet. Bad smell coming from the bathroom, very poor quality of mattress, in the kitchen fridge many food products that rotten. Very thin walls make you hear every move of the neighbours.
