• Brad (6/5): A nice place if you have a dog and need the yard, a nice view but needs upgrading to charge that type of money per night - Location, internet, balcony with view, good yard for a dog. Noisy fridge, toilet was away from bathroom, windowsills and door frames never been cleaned, washing in machine on arrival from previous guests, phone power bank in between couch cushions from previous guests, bathroom exhaust fan filthy. Kitchen extremely old.
• Jo (8/5): The accommodation was comfortable and suited 2 young children. - The view was beautiful. Clean and comfortable. It was advertised as having 2 bathrooms but actually had one small bathroom with no toilet and a laundry with a toilet.
• Pink (9/5): Very happy 3 night stay for adult family members - Location was fab. All else great for dog friendly water front location on a budget (good price for area). Loved cottage vibe especially the interior windows, living area and great deck. For 5 varied relatives it was a fun stay with easy strolls and fun catching ferry to Palm Beach with our dogs. No problem taking our own linen as all arrived in own cars. We travel with our own kit of bathroom & kitchen requirements but most was supplied. Could not let dogs have a zoom in backyard as a few palings missing in back yard.
• Julian (2/5): Overpriced, hidden linen costs and poor quality - The location is good The hidden costs (they charge you almost $200 for linen!! On top of a fee of $177 for cleaning. The place is not clean, garden was not maintained before our arrival, very dirty under couch and bed. No bathroom amenities. They price for 5 star but it is 3 star bungalow at best. You have to drive to the real estate agent to pick up and drop off keys. 1 small bathroom for 3 bedrooms, located in kitchen, 1 toilet for 3 rooms. 1 roll of toilet paper. No welcome gift. Only half the terrace door opens, Sun shading on terrace is broken. Totally overpriced for what you get… we advised before arrival that we were not happy with the payment of the linen as this was not prominently advised in the property description with no mention of price at all but they did not care just saying we will inform owner, we count not cancel our stay as it was non refundable!
