I booked and paid for a unit at Regalia Suite via Booking.com, but when I arrived, I was shocked to find out I couldn’t check in. The unit didn’t exist or wasn’t available, and there were others facing the same issue that day. I ended up having to find another hotel last minute, which was extremely stressful and inconvenient. Despite reporting it and submitting proof, I still haven’t received a refund. Please be careful – this was a terrible experience. I hope Booking.com takes this listing down and protects future customers. Nothing. Scammer

Water pump also very slow… Water heater two toilet only can use.. Another one toilet don’t have water heater.. Yesterday im got ask for clean up , but never reply and never come to clean up to.. This is my third time i took this apartment, but this time so worst.. Customer service also very bad .. For 2 nights parking fee for 3 car is RM120
Mahfuz (7/5): Good - We like the location & friendly host, Niko. The room suppose to be for 10 pax but there are no extra mattress. Only issued 1 room key instead of 2 like the previous stay. Not convenient for us to go out, since we have old folks during our stay. Hope the management will consider this issue. The lift is very slow.

Donna (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent, right beside two major train lines and a huge shopping mall with great facilities. The facilities of the residential area itself were also excellent, the pool was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was brilliant too, and the Aircon was great and strong for the hot days. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved that the apartment had it's own washing machine too. An amazing stay! There were no controls for the bedroom Aircon and it was set to very cold which wasn't ideal. Some of the buttons on the remote for the tv didn't press so I couldn't get it to work, but the wifi in the room was excellent so it was okay.

Mahfuz (9/5): Superb - I selected the bigger room. It was very spacious & bright. It has good views & located at the higher floor. We got great service from Niko & very accommodating to our request. Thanks There are unpleasant smell when we step in. Should put some air freshener, even in the toilets. Also provide insecticide for the little cockroaches, although not many. The extra blanket in the closet not wash. Should consider all this cleanliness & freshness.

Then i was informed about the additional charges 30 mins before check in and ask to confirm my stay by paying deposit (which btw i thought my stay was already confirm once i booked with booking website). The property was wayy wayy different then the pictures i saw on booking website. Didnt worth RM1000 at all. It was really bad and i felt scam.
