- Tobias (4/5): Gute Lage, schlechte Sauberkeit - Die Lage ist gut. Die Unterkunft war wirklich dreckig. Der Boden war voller fremder Haare. Die Dusche sieht absolut nicht wie auf den Fotos aus. Sie ist sehr abgenutzt und hat schwarze Stellen. Die Badewanne war auch nicht sauber.
Zusätzlich dazu gab es tote Insekten. Im Wohnzimmer lag eine tote Kakerlake.
- Chi (8/5): Good location with parking, could be more transparent with their charges. - It’s a spacious 2 bed room apartment by Sydney standards. The balcony has a lovely view of the fish market and over houses of Glebe. Car parking in this area is very helpful. The property lacks exhaust fans in the bathroom and kitchen (the rangehood exhaust into the cupboard that hosts it). Pls note it’s 3 fleets of stairs to the apartment door.
The shower is a bit more dated than the photo, but still functional.
I was forced to pay a $25 damage waiver before I could electronically get instructions to check in, which I was not expecting.
- Valerie (8/5): Ok - It was very nice and central to our trip The confusing and frustrating access issues we had, an AI assistant that just tells you the same thing and doesn’t answer your questions is not helpful. My Agent made the booking but it registered in her name not the people staying, so when the registration procedure was sent we couldn’t complete it. It wasn’t clear if you needed facial recognition to enter the apartment or what? We finally had to get her to complete the registration in her name and hope for the best when we got there. When she finally found the instructions to get into the apartment (about 90 mins before our flight landed) she had to screenshot every photo and send them to us, she couldn’t share to link to the instructions. After many emails to you, you were no help whatsoever!
- Lorena (7/5): - The location was great, walking distance to public transportation, parks, amenities, restaurants. The balcony was lovely with a good view. Check in instructions were very clear with pictures provided, and the checkout procedure was reasonable. Parking available is a great option, as well as in-room laundry. It did get quite warm in the apartment with only fans and one mobile box air conditioner. Both bedrooms had to remain with the door open at night to share the cool air of the mobile unit. Some simple additions would have gone a long way, such as providing tea and coffee, and some seasonings like salt/pepper to cook with. There was a small container of instant coffee but only a few spoonfuls left in it. We also ran out of toilet paper towards the end and had to purchase an extra roll. To have a few more spares under the sink, especially for a full house and longer stays would be useful.

Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby
Free parking available This was one of the most disappointing and unhygienic short-term rentals I’ve ever stayed in. On arrival, we found:
Black mould in the bathroom window
Lack of ventilation in the kitchen
Hundreds of dead bugs stuck to the bathroom ceiling
An unflushed toilet left from a previous guest
Broken floor trims with exposed nails (serious trip hazard)
Dirty kitchen appliances (mouldy kettle, food residue in microwave)
Broken curtains and inaccessible lamps
General uncleanliness (vacuum left full of dust, window sills filthy)
I reported these issues immediately, but the property managers were dismissive and only offered a token partial refund while refusing to address the core hygiene and safety concerns.
This apartment is unsafe and unhygienic, particularly for families and elderly guests. Booking.com should not list properties that fail to meet even basic health and safety standards.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this accommodation.

- MANISH (8/5): great stay with very good lcoation and all facilities for a long stay - Breakfast was not provided, so i had to cook on my own. Wardrobe was minimal in one bedroom and bedrooms were v v cold at night

- Patricia (5/5): A mixed bag - The location was excellent, right in the heart of Glebe, close to restaurants and public transport. The living areas, the bedrooms and the kitchen and laundry all had good quality, comfortable furniture and fittings. It's a nice little flat. We had to pay an additional refundable deposit of $500 lest we cause any damage. That implied we would enter a pristine property. Instead we entered a flat that smelt mouldy because the bathroom had not been cleaned, especially the shower. It wasn't ok. The toilet seat had obviously been broken and replaced with a very much smaller seat which in no way covered the porcelain. And we had been charged $296 cleaning fee!!
The blind out to the balcony couldn't be closed or opened fully because the cord was broken off. The bedside lamps weren't plugged in, and we didn't bother crawling under the bed to plug them in, and there were other more cosmetic issues. I sent photos and written complaints to property management company, and on the 3rd day they replaced the toilet seat and had the bathroom cleaned. But clearly, that property hadn't been inspected when last guests departed or before we arrived, so how do they decide whether or not to refund the deposit? Did the people who broke the toilet get their money back?. The staff of the company went a long way to fixing the problem. We had a nice clean, fully functioning flat for our 4th and final night. They refunded the deposit in full of course, and, as requested, a good proportion of the cleaning fee. But I hope the owner knows they're not necessarily getting the service they pay this company for, and I hope the service improves

Glebe itself has an abundance of shops, cafes & restaurants on the doorstep.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipt and comfortable with awesome views toward the city and a sunny balcony on which to enjoy them.

- Anne (7/5): Convenient for 3 people, lovely views and car space. - The property was clean, newly furnished and well designed. The designated car space was a bonus for us as we could come and go anytime. The view from the small balcony was delightful. Comfy beds and good value for money. On the negative side, the process to attain directions for keybox entry were not sent until the day prior which had me worried. (Owners said it would be 3 days prior).I had emailed the owners twice requesting, rang them, then finally rang booking.com. There is a contact phone number for the property but it is only operational on weekdays and we had a weekend booking.Also be aware that after booking you will be required to send your drivers licence and credit card details to a third party and a $500 deposit will be held. I know many properties do this now on booking.com but it is a hassle and compromises the ease of booking that booking.com was originally famous for.

Close to the main st,Excellent parking as we travelled from the country. Good kitchen but hot in there in the morning sun some sort of blind would fix the problem.The washing machine needs a rubber mat under it to stop it moving around.
