- Razi (4/5): - The location was good and the reception staff were very helpful. 1) The shower in the bathroom, at least in my room, was so narrow that I could barely take a shower without hitting the screen or the wall. I am 5 foot 5 and weigh 60 kg. (Please see the attached photo of the shower with our medium size 69 cm suitcase inside it for comparison.) 2) The outer gate and doors belong to the Middle Ages. ( I would be very surprised if I am the first guest to bring these to your notice.)

Es war groß und hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten super bequem. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut geeignet, um Florenz zu erkunden. Ich hätte mir zwei Gläser aus Glas gewünscht anstatt der Plastikbecher.

- Natalia (10/5): Super confortable el departamento, con privacidad y muy buena ubicación - Las recepcionistas muy amables para ayudarnos con nuestra llegada y estadía. Además, nos reservaron amablemente un taxi de madrugada, ya que nuestro vuelo era muy temprano. El ascensor por mas que sea pequeño fue super valorado! porque hay pocos hoteles con ascesores y veníamos con varias valijas! El entorno es de juntada de estudiantes, jovial, un supermercado cerca, heladería, lugares para tomar algo y el rio a 150 metros. El atardecer en ese puento es hermoso, tenes una vista panorámica del Ponte Vechio. Recomiendo ir al atardecer allí. Todo perfecto! Es dificil de entender el ingreso! Tiene su encanto ese portón enorme, a mi me pareció divertido!

- Libraty Menes (6/5): Super, mais si vous comptez dormir, oubliez la chambre familiale - Les 3 personnes que nous avons croisé à la réception ont été adorables, tant par l’accueil que pour les attentions : les lits des enfants étaient prêts, la chambre a été prête plus tôt que 14h parce que nous avions un petit, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l’arrivée et au départ, vraiment des personnes charmantes. Le lit était confortable les oreillers aussi, la chambre avait tout le nécessaire vraiment rien à redire Le bruit. Il y a un bar aux pieds de l’hôtel. Et un bar où se joue de la musique live tous les soirs jusqu’à… pas d’heure. La chambre familiale donne sur la rue, et est collée à la réception. Nous n’avons eu de calme ni le soir, ni la nuit, ni le jour pour la sieste. Nous avons de la chance d’avoir des enfants qui dorment bien, sinon le week-end aurait tourné au cauchemar. En ce qui me concerne j’ai très mal dormi les 2 nuits à cause du bruit permanent. Dommage sinon c’était parfait

- Isabel (8/5): Estancia con encanto en un lugar tranquilo cerca del centro de Florencia. - La habitación era increíble: vistas a un jardín, buena cama, techo alto y decorado... La ubicación del hotel también es de 10. Puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. Las recomendaciones que te hacen desde allí a nivel de visitas y sitios para comer también nos gustaron mucho. Aunque alrededor del hotel hay mucha actividad de noche, en ningún momento escuchamos ruido y estuvimos muy tranquilos. El baño no nos gustó porque era algo incómodo. El espejo queda muy alto para alguien de altura media y es incómodo para usar el secador además que al rato de usarlo a veces dejaba de funcionar. La presión del agua de la ducha también es muy mejorable.

- Camila (9/5): Excelente lugar! - Gran opción en Florencia! Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, a distancia caminando de las mejores atracciones de Florencia. Perfecto para una estadía corta. Tuvimos habitación en el ground floor, lo que nos ayudó mucho. Pero considerar que hay habitaciones en el tercer piso con un ascensor bastante pequeño.

Fotografije sobe na internetu i sobe koju smo dobili nisu jednaki. Izgleda puno bolje na fotografijama. Soba za obiteljski (3 osobe) smještaj premalena. Doručak nedostaje, kafići u blizini ne rade do 11:30. Dakle smještaj je super za obe koji noću izlaze jer do 2 ujutro izuzetna buka ispod prozora.

- Carolina (10/5): Supero ampliamente mis expectativas 9/10 (solo por el tema de la ZTV) - La habitación en un edificio antiguo, pero con todas las comodidades de un servicio de primera. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo caminando. Llegue en coche alquilado y el hotel se encuentra en ZTV (zona de trafico limitado) y no esta bien explicitado, ademas la recepcionista no fue clara en arreglar el mismo día la situación para evitar la multa. Aún no he recibido multa, pero según los portales de viaje, la multa puede llegar mucho después en tu domicilio de origen
- Elda (1/5): Not great - The area of the hotel was really good. Walking distance from the centre and restaurants. The room was acceptable, but there were several issues. I did not like the shower, which was located right next to the entrance door, and had a transparent shower door, which felt uncomfortable in terms of privacy. The Wi-Fi was switched off from 11:30 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., which was very upsetting and disappointing because I couldn’t contact my children and family. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work at all, and the room became cold during the night.

- Miguelina (6/5): Building with a history - The location was perfect. Close to alot of places we wanted to visit and some we could even walk to. Not able to walk to the train station tho. Federica was always on point to help and answer questions. Sylvana from Peru was helpful with our bedding request. The shower cabin could use some tlc. The tiles are a bit "tired". We were a bit confused at arrival with the doors situation but the 2nd day we had the hang of it.
