• Daniela (10/5): - Anche se il soggiorno e stato breve Maria la proprietaria è sempre stata disponibile e ci è venuta incontro nella richiesta di lasciare gli zaini la mattina nonostante il ceck-in fosse il pomeriggio. L'appartamento oltre ad essere pulito e servito da tutto quello che puo essere utile per un soggiorno si trova in una zona perfetta per visitare napoli vicina a tutti i servizi e vicina a molti dei monumenti e delle attrazioni turistiche di napoli. sicuramente torneremo a vedere Napoli e a soggiornare in questo appartamento se disponibile

• MARGHERITA71 (10/5): Tre giorni di vacanza. - L'appartamento è centralissimo e ideale per i miei spostamenti. I mezzi pubblici (Metro, funicolare e Cumana) sono a due minuti. L'alloggio è confortevole e molto pulito. La titolare si è distinta per cortesia e disponibilità e ha messo a disposizione anche caffè, stuzzichini dolci e salati, acqua e succo. Nulla da segnalare.
• Cristian (10/5): A fost un sejur extraordinar. - Locatie excelenta, la 2 minute de Spaccanapoli si Via Toledo. Locatie curata. Doamna Maria a fost mereu la dispozitie pentru orice intrebare. Nu am nemultumiri.

• Fabio (9/5): - Posizione comodissima per visitare Napoli! Soggiorno e camera spaziosi e ben arredati Maria super gentile e disponibile Assenza di finestre verso l’esterno, sono presenti solo sue piccole finestrine che danno verso il vano scale. Bagno un po’ piccolo
• Martin (9/5): - Pohodlné a útulné ubytování - ideální pro jednoho nebo dva hosty. Vše funkční a čisté. I když je dům ve velmi rušné ulici, v pokoji bylo celou dobu naprosté ticho. Ubytování má pouze malá okna do vnitrobloku, takže po celý den bylo nutné svítit. Na druhou stranu se alespoň v pokoji udržela celou dobu příjemná teplota a nebylo potřeba tolik využívat klimatizaci. Centrum města snadno dostupné pěšky, případně jsou v blízkém okolí stanice metra i lanovky. Vše proběhlo bez komplikací, instrukce ohledně ubytování byly srozumitelné. Maria je milá a starostlivá hostitelka, vždy připravená pomoct. Díky!

• Katoikos (7/5): Rating 7.4 - The apartment was in the center of Naples, you could walk almost everywhere in the center of Naples. The apartment was clean and Mrs. Maria was helpful. The double bed was relatively comfortable. The apartment was relatively small for a family of 4 with children aged 11 and 13. The sofa bed was too small for children of that age. The bathroom was very small and you could hardly turn around. It also had no windows except for one that looked out onto the open. So the room was not well ventilated and we were forced to constantly use the electricity for lighting.

• Nicholas (9/5): Cute apartment with a friendly host - indeed in the heart of Napoli! - The apartment felt really cozy, it's bright, clean and modern and a good size for a solo traveller. The location is excellent: just a few minutes walk from Spaccanapoli and there are many good restaurants near to the apartment. The host Maria is very friendly and helpful; she kept in touch throughout my stay, which made me feel very welcome. Nothing really bad to say... It's not a large apartment but no problem for one person, and would probably be ok for a couple. As some other reviews have said, there's not much natural light in the apartment, but it felt nice and bright regardless. The bathroom is small but ok (en-suite sized).

The house has all the amenities you need .It was very quiet during night . The owner Maria is an amazing person and was very helpful for everything we needed . It’s spacious and very clean . I highly recommend and I would stay there again . It didn’t had phone service inside the building but the WiFi was good enough to make online calls

• Mina (10/5): Very clean apartment in the heart of the city - The apartment is based in a good location close to the historical center. It was super clean with good amenities. Maria was super helpful with everything! There is only a small window overseeing the shaft so natural light and air are limited. Damp towels for example are hard to dry in such conditions.
