• Claude (3/5): Poor - The toilet 🚻 was not working i pay good money for it i call up about the toilet The flushed was not working i have sent her a photograph of it and thinking that she will get someone to come and fix it there for i should get some of my money back for one night staying there with shit and piss in the toilet
• Joe (9/5): Very Comfortable Apartment on Bay street - Clean and well maintained apartment Easy check in and check out procedure.Safe area Walkable distance to public transport Shops and restaurant Very close to the Airport especially if you are taking a early morning flight and dont want to get stuck in traffic There was a bit of noise from other apartments but tolerable .
• Hana (6/5): Location was convenient for our travel purposes, space wise the property was fine. Instructions for check in and out, we - Property has secure, onsite parking available. There are lots of shops and food options near by. Good location if you need to stay close to the airport. The property looks relatively modern, however the cleanliness was subpar and the place clearly needs some maintenance. We were a booking of five with one drinking glass? The single bed turned out to be an air mattress, which isn’t to much of an issue, however it was made up of one sheet and a pillow, there wasn’t a top sheet or a blanket, so we had to put our three year old in bed with us.
• Nikki (7/5): Comfortable for short stay near airport - Great size roomy apartment with easy to follow check in instruction’s which is always helpful. Convenient spot for why we were visiting Sydney. Beds soft but comfortable. Selection of pillows to choose from too. The apartment was clean in general but the bathroom/shower could use a little more attention. And there was buckets, mops etc outside made it look untidy. Family of 5. The extra bed was a blow up which deflated after a night of sleeping on it.

• Beck (7/5): A beautiful place. - Spacious fit all 5 of us, with room to move around. Beautifully decorated and tidy. Heavily secured which was great. Kitchen was fabulous, with cleaning products supplied, little touches like these are always great. Owner answered all of my questions promptly. We actually felt it was a shame we were staying there just to sleep. Because the property was so nice. There is no sofa bed as advertised. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly, had bugs in it and a leech came up through the drain. I did inform the owner of this who quickly apologized.
