• Paul (10/5): Excellent, we will be back - Fabulous washer and dryer, very well equipped everything needed was provided. It was all top quality stuff. Location was very convenient too, just a short stroll to a grocery store - Malaysian, Japanese and Korean restaurants, nail bar, hairdresser. Only 20 mins uber ride to waterfront station We prefer a firmer bed, but that’s just our preference.

Sie entspricht einem sehr hohen Niveau. Mehrfach wurden wir gefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Daniel war sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in Vancouver ist von dort gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eine Garderobe im Eingangsbereich wäre gut.

• Peter (9/5): Felt like home! - What a lovely place! It's a stand-alone building facing the back alley, with a gated parking spot. Main floor has kitchen, living, bedroom and bathroom with 2nd bed and bath upstairs with washer and dryer. Separate heating controls for both bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs, lots of towels, lots of pillows. Lots of dishware in the kitchen, microwave, kettle, toaster, toaster oven... I would have liked a second floor mat by the door; there's one right in front of the door but with two people, someone was always leaving footprints on the tile floor. Also, a coat rack or hanging hooks by the door would be great. Very small complaints because we really liked the place and would definitely stay there again.
• Williams (10/5): A hidden gem! We will return! - All the comforts of home! Despite the gloomy rainy weather, this amazing spot was a saving grace. Conveniently located but away from the hustle.. extremely clean and modern. Our host Daniel was thoughtful and available. The back parking is a little tight (we had an suv) but an experienced driver or a vehicle on the smaller side would make out fine.

A definite highlight of our travels to have a home base that felt like home on our first trip to Vancouver . The fridge/freezer combo is a little small … we did get quite a few groceries as we fully utilize the kitchen ..cooking all meals.

It was clean and comfortable. But only lounge seating for 2 people. We were busy and out and about most of our time so really only slept there.

I didn't use the parking lot as i wanted to experience the transportation in Vancouver. I like the host's small touches: chocolates, tea, coffee, kitchen, makeup towel and each room with a tv. I am surprised there were chopsticks too! If i am coming back, i will book with him again. I was able to see the host before checking out. Such a nice person.

Daniel, the host was so accommodating eg they were happy to look after our bags when we required a late check out. There were so many lovely personal welcoming touches that we did not expect eg tea, coffee and bottled water. The property was exceptionally clean. Easy public transport links to city. Plenty of food outlets near by. Including an amazing patisserie 5 minutes walk away. We can’t recommend this property highly enough. We could not fault this property.

• Ld (9/5): Superb - Everything seemed brand new. Bedroom + bathroom is on each floor, so it's private and quite spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped and clean. There is a private parking lot beside the house. Location was pretty close to all major attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here. Matress was a bit too soft for my liking; other than that, everything was perfect.

Location was central. Secure parking. Small rooms. Had booked for 4 adults which was a big tight. One room has a full bed and the other a queen. Sofa bed is not comfortable. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

• Aramis (10/5): this was an excellent place to stay in Vancouver for a trip spending time in town. - excellent house lovely area beds were very comfortable. excellent hot water pressure and located right inside the town close to everything. the place was wonderful however there were no bath mats for the showers and they were pretty slippery.

• Christine (10/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay and are quite comfortable with the compact space. Thank you Daniel. - The location is perfect as my son lives just across the street and off street parking is readily available. There is gated private parking for the rental, however would be very tight for a truck or bigger car, so we park off street and no problem at all. The kitchen is well equipped though we did not cook for our short stay as there are many restaurants to try out. The residential area is very quiet for good night sleep. The heat pump units work very well and so are the baseboard heater in the bedroom and bathrooms. Bath towels, bathroom and laundry supplies are excellent. The host certainly equips the house as home away from home. Just a suggestion particularly for the couple very rainy days we were there: have a bigger entrance door mat so the floor does not get wet and dirty every time we enter the house. If possible, have some hooks or cloth hangers by the entrance way for those wet rain gears.
