Vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam, kreeg ik een warm welkom van het personeel, dat niet alleen vriendelijk maar ook erg behulpzaam was. De kamer was ruim, schoon en mooi ingericht, met veel aandacht voor details die het verblijf comfortabel maakten. Alles zag er fris en goed onderhouden uit, waardoor ik me direct thuis voelde. De locatie van de accommodatie is ook ideaal: rustig maar toch dicht bij alle belangrijke plekken en makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Het is duidelijk dat het team veel zorg besteedt aan zowel de kwaliteit van de kamers als aan de service. Wanneer ik een vraag had, werd ik meteen geholpen met een glimlach en praktische tips. Al met al ben ik ontzettend tevreden over mijn verblijf hier. Zowel de hygiëne, het comfort en de ligging als de professionaliteit van de medewerkers maken dit een plek waar ik zeker nog eens terug zou komen. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by the reception staff, whose warmth and professionalism were immediately evident—one receptionist in particular left a lasting impression with her melodious voice and genuine friendliness. The rooms, though modest in size, were impeccably clean and tastefully furnished in warm, muted tones, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated how well the hotel balanced practical amenities with a cozy ambience. Breakfast was a highlight each morning: a satisfying buffet spread that featured a variety of delicious options, proving both hearty and well‑executed. Moreover, the hotel’s location made it incredibly easy to explore Hanoi’s must‑see attractions—just steps away from lively cafés, street food vendors, and the historic charm of the Old Quarter.
