• Maria LUISA (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación El apartamento solo tiene 4 vasos, 4 platos, etc. Eramos 5 y por 5 hemos pagado el precio. No tiene luz. La cisterna de uno de los baños funciona mal. Estaba cerrada la llave del agua fría porque perdía mucha agua. En fin, no recomendaría este apartamento a pesar de su buena ubicacion

• Jose Luis (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Estaba limpio. Buenos colchones y ambiente. El wifi bien. Repetiría. Todo bien en general. Algun detalle como: Faltan indicaciones para encontrar el apartamento. Algunos elementos estaban rotos (ej. en el baño). Un par de complementos en la cocina (trapos). No conseguimos poner canales italianos en la TV, aparentemente la antena no funcionaba (pero si los canales digitales).

• Antonio (5/5): Apartamento con excelente situación y mantenimiento muy mejorable - Ubicación muy buena. Fondo de la taza del WC con costra, telarañas en techo de cocina, el patio interior (patio de luces del edificio) al que dan las habitaciones está lleno de desperdicios y trastos mugrientos. En algunas habitaciones paredes desconchadas. La calefacción es regulada, se apaga antes de las once de la noche y después hace frío en el apartamento. Las tuberías o caldera general del edificio hace ruido (no excesivo pero molesto para personas con sueño ligero), especialmente a partir de las seis de la mañana. Tampoco me gusta el sistema de chek-in con Vikey: te dicen que son 2 minutos para dos personas y es mucho más complicado, incluso una foto propia sosteniendo tu documento de identidad y no es agradable enviar fotos privadas a servidores de internet. Al llegar la llave es electrónica. Has de tener cuidado de no quedarte sin batería en el móvil (GoogleMaps gasta muchos datos con el Roaming) porque tendrías un grave problema. No son fallos graves, pero sí mejorables con un mejor mantenimiento.
• SEVERA (8/5): Amazing location. Great value for Rome, would be $$ if apartment was upgraded. - Location - around the corner from Piazza Navona; 5-15mins away from every major site. Next door to Locker in the City for luggage storage. Very pretty street. Ground floor so no stairs to worry about. Locating the apartment within the courtyard during check-in (all the way back, left side, first door on the right by the foot of the stairs); unlocking the door was a pain - need good internet (use “code to unlock door” and save that, it’s the same for entire stay); main gate was easy, worked seamlessly with the app, but again, ensure you have internet.

• Bobby Sweet (5/5): Utilities were monitored and controlled/limited by owner remotely...Spooky! and Cheap. - Location The owner controlled the gas heat and wall units and was on only a few hours a day. The hot water seemed controlled too and only one short shower of hot water each morning. BEWARE the owner controls these with remote devices and turns gas off at their choice of hours and limited times. Host confirmed this in a text...few hours each day then OFF. Cheap owner shouldn't rent apartment if they are worried about utilities and cost when guests use at the guest hours of choice...stay elsewhere for full comfort in a place without "DAD" controlling gas/utilities.

• Graeme (7/5): Great location, ground floor spacious apartment - Location is terrific. Close to Piazza Navona without being in its craziness. Excellent eateries close by. 15mins walk to Trevi Fountain, Vatican & 30 mins to the Colosseum. Apartment is quite spacious. Ground floor gives very easy access with no steps. Good apartment. Nothing particular. Maybe just a little tired and just not as outstanding as other apartments we’ve had in Italy.

• Delphine (7/5): Bon emplacement, appartement très bien pour y dormir. Mais un peu triste si l’on souhaite y manger ou y rester un peu en - L’emplacement est absolument parfait. La qualité de la literie. Le concierge de l’immeuble fortement désagréable. Un petit coup de peinture serait nécessaire ainsi qu’une petite table ou autre pour rendre le salon moins triste. Le ménage pourrait être fait plus sérieusement notamment dans les salles de bain.

• Nadia (8/5): Magnífica ubicación - La ubicación, en el corazón de Roma. Zona con mucho ambiente diurno y nocturno, pero que no condiciona el descanso dado que el apartamento da a un bonito patio interior (tipo corrala). Camas cómodas. Baños reformados y agua con presión. Al llegar al apartamento, nos resultó complicado saber cuál era el apartamento, porque en el patio interior hay varios portales (era la 1am, una hora poco apropiada para contactar con el anfitrión).

Los vecinos se quejaron a la anfitriona de ruidos que nosotros no habíamos hecho pero lo solucionamos sin problemas. Por poner algo poco positivo, el apartamento tenía humedades en algunas paredes pero no dificultó nuestra estancia allí.

It was good having a washing machine and good air conditioning during our stay. Nothing. But maybe they could have more towels when the stay is like 5 days like ours was. :). Probably The kitchen could have been a bit better stocked for cookers like me, but we made it by ok.

• Patrick (10/5): This was a great place to stay in the heart of Rome. - Location, location, location!!! What an incredible place to stay, walking distance from everything. Place was clean and safe. Because the cell service I have my signal at the door was minimal so the electronic entry was a little tricky, but we made it work.

• Joanna (6/5): Great location, comfortable for a short stay. - Excellent location. Great air conditioning. Large bedrooms. In need of some attention. Leaking shower. Broken light fitting. Chipped mugs and soap dishes. No instructions on how to enter property after hours. No cloth or sponge for washing up.

• Mary (10/5): Close to attractions, cool, large space - The apartment was in a great location and very walkable to several of Romes biggest attractions. Lots of food, shops, and grocery stores near. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining space, and living space. There’s a washing machine in the kitchen. The AC was very cool and appreciated as it was very hot in July. There were toiletries and the kitchen had a lot of dishes and cooking utensils but we didn’t use them much. We were close to the tourist stuff but also about a five minute walk to a quieter area and a wonderful patisserie with cornetti and cappuccino for €1!
• Wendy (8/5): spacious apartment in heart of things - This place was really spacious and had two bathrooms perfect for a group of friends getting ready in the morning and evening. The air conditioning was much appreciated in the heat of a Roman summer. no blinds in the living room and being a ground floor apartment this felt a little exposed.
• Steve (10/5): a good place to explore Rome - we never met the staff but they were very easy to communicate with by messaging. the place was clean and quite even though their were super busy streets just outside the from door. finding the apartment was a bit tough as it’s kind of tucked in behind the complex. we had to call the support staff for help and they did a great job of talking and getting us into the place.

• Charlotte (10/5): Excellent apartment right in the centre - Location was great. Host was very accommodating and let us leave our bags early. Everything you would need in the apartment. Nothing in particular, especially given you are not there for spending a long time in the apartment.

• Morpheuszion (9/5): Navona in december - Everything, size of rooms, clean, TV with Netflix, washing machine, super confortable beds, 2 bedrooms with king size beds , each with its own bathroom, shower with hot water all the time, shampoos inside, position close to Navona Square and Campo di fiori square, close to all touristic attractions Good heating works between 06.00-09.00 and 18.00-23.00. Excepting these periods, it goes pretty cold inside during December.

• Lidija (10/5): Great place, best location... - The communication with the manager was excellent. He helped with everything during our stay, organised us transfer from and to the airport. We liked the fact the place has a doorman who we were "warned" about that he was not friendly. But we loved him, he is there to keep the order and everything tidy. We respected the "rules" of conduct (not smoking in the communal areas and not staying in the courtyard later than 9 PM) and he was very friendly. We loved the location, everything that we wanted to see in Rome was within about 20 minutes walk. As soon as you exit the building to your left there is a great restaurant with friendly staff. We ate there every day. Second door to the right is a pastry shop where you can get breakfast, coffee to go and they open early. We even used the services of the hairdresser that was situated next to the pastry shop. Elena was fantastic. All the people working in those shops, restaurants are very friendly, polite, it was so nice to be greeted by them every day. We started feeling like at home and were sorry to leave. The street justified its name. It truly has a SOUL. I would also recommend Taba Cafe at Campo de Fiori for breakfast. We would love to be back and if we ever do, we will be booking the same place. We liked everything, it would be nice to have a functioning coffee machine. I think some of the previous guests broke the small water tank. But we took coffee from the next door pastry shop so it was ok. We were not able to open the window in one of the bedrooms. Maybe we didn't know how, if not, it would be nice that the owner fixes it.

The showers need to be repaired little bit, as well better clean up. Older homes , so the neighbours upside can be heard when loud and fighting.

The location was around the corner from beautiful Piazza Navona with wonderful restaurants and tasty gelato in the neighborhood. The apartment was walking distance from the amazing Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish steps. After lots of touring, it was nice to come to luxurious, comfy beds! This apartment is a find! Thank you Mikros for a wonderful stay!

• Cemil (9/5): Best location in Rome. - Amazing location. I dont think there is any other place better than this. It was clean and hosts were so helpful. Air conditioning was great. Beds were so comfortable. Wifi was also good. Kitchen is not well equipped if this is important for you. Even the apartment is so cool, lt is not allowed to use its beautiful courtyard due to residents of apartment.

• Jean (8/5): Overall the stay was amazing for us. - The location was perfect and close to all the restaurants, shops, and sites. In addition, it was in a safe location so we were not worried about leaving our belongings. It was very noisy. You could hear from the bedroom everything the neighbors did, from going to the bathroom to arguing until 2 in the morning. The host should pay the attention on the towels that smells oil, the kitchen nonstick pans and pots completely scratched. It would be great that the host can provide a dish soap for the kitchen
