• Denis (6/5): - Lage. Lage. Lage. Unkompliziertes ein- und auschecken. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, allerdings nur für Anwohner. Die Wohnung ist deutlich kleiner als angegeben und der Zustand ist nicht mehr der Beste. Speziell in der Wohnküche ist deshalb nur Platz um entweder zu schlafen ODER zu frühstücken und auch im Badezimmer muss man sehr organisiert vorgehen. Die Zutaten für das Frühstück waren bereits im Kühlschrank, das war sehr hilfreich, allerdings für unsere Aufenthaltsdauer viel zu wenig.

La cocina está bastante bien equipada y para desayunar había pan de molde, York, queso,huevos, mantequilla,leche y café soluble. .El barrio es tranquilo aunque hay muy cerca una calle llena de restaurantes y supermercados, con dos paradas de metro . En metro llegas enseguida al centro y a nothing Hill. El check in es muy fácil de hacer y Lucas te lo explica todo muy bien. La calefacción estaba a tope y hacía muchísimo calor en el apartamento. Era angustioso, tanto, que tuvimos que dormir con el ventilador puesto en pleno Enero.
• Fabio (3/5): Muito decepcionante - A localização é muito boa, perto de uma avenida Queensway, que tem tudo e acesso a mais de uma estação de metrô. O café da manhã achei bom também; não espetacular, mas dentro do esperado. Não gostei de muitas coisas. A acomodação é minúscula; o prédio é velho e fedido; havia vários adaptadores de tomada, mas só um funcionava; as duas persianas estavam quebradas. Eu avisei o anfitrião, Lucas - brasileiro, aliás -, sobre as persianas e sobre os adaptadores. Ele me atendeu, por Whatsapp, mas não providenciou o conserto nem mandou mais adaptadores. Disse que ia mandar alguém consertar, mas não levou isso a frente. Eu inclusive, logo que entrei, mandei um vídeo para ele, mostrando as persianas quebradas.

• Giorgia (8/5): Bene - Posizione molto comoda, 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata di Bayswater e meno di 10 da quella di Queensway. Comoda la vicinanza alla via con locali per fare colazione e/o cenare ma rimanendo in una zona residenziale. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario del check-in in modo da poter sfruttare l’intera giornata per visitare la città. L’appartamento per qualche giorno può essere un buon appoggio ma se usato solo per dormire. Noi eravamo in 4 e aprendo il divano letto non c’era spazio per poter pranzare in soggiorno (il tavolo è minimo). Finestre molto sottili si sentono i rumori all’esterno, fortunatamente essendo una zona residenziale non passava troppa gente.

• Roberta (5/5): Soggiorno deludente - Unica nota positiva va alla posizione, è una zona tranquilla e residenziale, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, nella via accanto si trovano tanti ristoranti e market. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Non abbiamo mai incontrato l’host, poiché il check-in avviene in autonomia tramite una cassettina di sicurezza con codice fornito prima dell’arrivo. In ogni caso, le interazioni con l'host non sono state positive. Prima della partenza ci era stato detto che avremmo trovato delle pantofole, ma all’arrivo non c’erano. Abbiamo scritto per chiedere informazioni, ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta, né quel giorno né nei successivi. L’host non si è più fatto sentire per tutta la durata del soggiorno (5 giorni). Gli infissi presentano degli evidenti spifferi e sembrano piuttosto instabili, tanto che abbiamo evitato di aprirli per timore che si rompessero, e quindi non abbiamo mai potuto arieggiare gli ambienti. L’appartamento è molto più piccolo rispetto a quanto indicato nella descrizione. Nell'annuncio è scritto che l'alloggio è di 60 mq, ma in realtà la superficie è di gran lunga inferiore. Anche il bagno è stato deludente: la doccia è in realtà una vasca, e non è per niente comoda. Avevamo pochi asciugamani a disposizione. Eravamo in quattro adulti con un telo bagno a testa e solamente due asciugamani per mani/viso totali. In cucina è presente una macchinetta per il caffè in cialde, ma senza cialde a disposizione. Non consiglierei questa struttura, soprattutto per 4 adulti e per soggiorni di più giorni. Per il prezzo pagato, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è adeguato.
• Yoann (7/5): - L'appartement est très bien situé et équipé du nécessaire de base pour un court séjour. Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour se faire un déjeuner ou sandwich dans le frigo. Bâtiment vétuste avec ce que ça implique, entre autres de mauvaises fenêtres, on entend la rue comme si cétait ouvert. Le WiFi était à la peine.

• Niclas Carlenius (7/5): Liten lägenhet med bra läge - Bra läge, nära restauranger, nära tunnelbana, nära Notting Hill, nära Hyde Park, lätt att få nycklar, ganska sköna sängar. Lite trångt för fyra personer. Det står att det ska vara 60 m², men det var nog närmare 30 m². Svårt att få plats att äta frukost alla samtidigt. Speciellt trångt med resväskor för fyra personer. (Men det är ändå OK för det priset och läget.)

• Jessica (7/5): little hideaway in the heart of London - The apartment is small and compact. We found everything we needed (phon, towels, appliances, adapters etc.). Our host Lucas is really kind. Excellent location, near to two tube stations and a 20 minute walk from Paddington station. There is everything you need for breakfast and Lucas is available for supplies. the apartment for four people is not very liveable, better for two. Really small bathroom.

Well equipped, there was even something in the fridge for breakfast. Flat in an old building discreetly arranged. The price range is motivated by the fact that London has become very expensive. Personally, I expected slightly larger rooms (bedroom and bathroom in particular). The standard of cleaness was not the top! Recommended for those who want to save money compared to the price of a hotel and have a good spirit of adaptation.
